The company does not answer calls
The company does not answer calls or return them. Pickup time was incorrect on the itinerary which I did not receive until 5 months after booking. When I tried to contact them days before my event they didn’t bother to call me until two days AFTER my wedding. Incase of any “day of” issues, they provide 3 contact numbers to call if necessary… not one of them answered! I would recommend using a company that prioritizes customer service and takes business seriously. Our driver JoJo was awesome but everything else, was not! I would not recommend this company’s services.

The buses were on time
The buses were on time. The bus drivers were very nice. Our only complaint is we tried to call your company for 2 days to make sure everything was ok and no one called us back. My only suggestion is maybe hire office help. Thank you.

Wedding Transportation
We booked them for our wedding- we needed two busses- the customer service when inquiring about their services was friendly, quick and easy. The busses arrived on time- were clean the the bus drivers were AWESOME!! All around a fantastic experience!

Wedding reception shuttle…Highly recommend
Hired this bus to bring us back and forth to a wedding reception. Gladys was excellent.Very chill,wasnt rattled by all the noise. Very punctual. Recommend this company. Easy to work this.

I wouldn’t use this company again.
I wouldn’t use this company again.. leading up to the day of service everything was fine and good but day of was a train wreck and late for scheduled times and made me feel like an ass to my guests waiting for the bus to be picked up from. I tried calling the numbers given for the day of service and got the voicemail for all numbers.

First Student was amazing to work with!!! The email response to any questions was always very very prompt and every time I called the individual I spoke to was so helpful and nice!! One of the best vendors out of my entire wedding!! So happy we used them!! Highly recommend!!
