Setting up our bus for our wedding was super easy and affordable. The driver was very nice and easy to work with. I would definitely use First Charter again.

First Charter was incredible on our wedding day! They were attentive to our needs, flexible, prompt, and safe. The buses were clean and the drivers were friendly. We so appreciate the transportation that they provided to our guests on our wedding day!

Despite very clear communication of our time and location, the buses were more than 45 minutes late. When you are transporting hundreds of students, this makes for extra stress and confusion as you communicate with parents.

The drivers were nice and easy to work with once they arrived.

We would recommend their services. We experienced and unfortunate misunderstanding about the providing of service and recommend that anyone contracting service, that if they do not receive a confirmation from First Charter Rental, they need to confirm back their understanding of service. In our situation we discovered a circulating shuttle for an event was being covered by them and another company with whom we had actually contracted. We were a few hours into the service before discovering the duplication and promptly ended the duplication. They were understandably upset but were very professional in resolving the issue. I would recommend them as a good choice for providing bus service with confirmation.

great communication and very timely on pick up and drop off

The first buses showed up when they were supposed to and I was able to give instructions to the drivers, so that was fine. Everyone was flexible with the mask requirement, which was appreciated.

The time in between when the buses would come back to pick up at the event site seemed too long, regularly 20-30 minutes.

Also, we had reserved two extra buses for the event of the event and they never showed up, so I need someone to call me to discuss this since we've already paid.

We rented a bus for my girlfriend's 40th birthday party in Omaha. Anna was our driver and she was fantastic! We had a great time, and we didn't have to pay $1000 for a party bus!!!

Terri was amazing!! We used our bus to drive around Omaha for pictures for our wedding. She was great to work with and was very reliable! We highly recommend first student charter for your wedding needs!
