Maureen, our bus driver, was fantastic. She was prepared with the directions on her phone. Although it was not her responsibility, she kept us on track, and for that I was incredibly grateful. She was really accommodating and super sweet to us all. That you were able to reserve her as I asked made me very happy. I'll definitely make another reservation, and I'm hoping Maureen will be available to drive us.
The PEMBROKE bus staff were OUTSTANDING. Kind, responsive, flexible, on time and full of personality. The process of ordering a bus through "corporate First Student" was difficult, but once I was in touch with the local office, everything was perfect. I'd rate corporate at 2 stars, but the local stars deserve all 5.
First charter was so easy to work with! They got my guests to and from my wedding safely and on time!
