The bus showed up a half hour late to…
The bus showed up a half hour late to pick up my wedding guests so we had to postpone our ceremony until it showed up. They never called to say they were going to be late. We had scheduled an early pickup to take guests back to the hotel who didn’t want to stay the whole time and the bus never showed up for that so some guests were stuck at the wedding until the bus came to do the final pick up.

This was a first bus trip in a year due to COVID restrictions. Service was perfect. The bus arrived early to give us plenty of time to do the extra things we needed to make sure we maintained appropriate health and safety guidelines. The driver was very friendly and helpful.

Wedding Day Shuttle Bus
Received a call from the driver as soon as they were on location. Shuttles were on time and driver was friendly. Kept the music going on the trips and buses were clean. All around great job.
