The booking process was fine, but we thought we were booking Charter Buses (as the name of the company suggests) and we received School Buses. Further, the buses that were sent did not have working air conditioning. Despite the fact that I cannot fathom having a vehicle that operates without air conditioning, the rate that we were charged for these buses to not be in full working order is a very significant issue.

We had such a wonderful experience with First Charter. The bus drivers took the time to scope out the route beforehand, so the trip was seamless. They were friendly and right on time. Thanks again!

The out reach before the event was great. The bus drivers came on time. We only had one problem the first bus on the way back left with only 5 people and did not give us time to announce it was leaving.

All bus drivers were polite and responsive to requests they could accommodate.

We had Jess as our driver, she was super personable and an awesome driver. The bus was immaculate and very comfortable.

On Friday, July 12 Driver never took the PA Turnpike. This cost the trip to be one hour and 30 minutes longer. Driver was asked one hour into the trip to stop at a rest stop on the PA turnpike so that the children could use the restrooms. Driver took them to a McDonald’s.
On Sunday, July 12 I called to make sure that the driver who takes the kids home from Shippensburg University would take the turnpike and specified at the hall address. The children were to be picked up at.
On July 14, I received a phone call stating the driver never showed and it is now 1:22 PM. I called several times trying to reach someone. Finally somebody answered my call and said the driver didn’t know our location. My question is why this driver didn’t have my cell number to call me directly so that I could give for the third time this company the address in which the children were to be picked up at at a specific hall.
This was a very stressful two days. I’ve had parents tracking these kids on cell phones, wanting to know what is taking so long. Unacceptable.

Bus to pick up before my wedding was late and the one leaving my wedding was also late!! Some people missed the beginning of my ceremony because of it. Then at the end people were standing in the cold even though they were out at the right time. Super embarrassing!!!

We arrived and had a good time at the Aquarium. The bus driver was prompt at pick-up time.

First Charter was quick to respond to my emails and delivered a flawless service.

Scott was great. He accommodated us on every step of or trip. The bus was very rough. It felt like riding in a stagecoach.when booking For a two hour ride it’s worth getting something better than a school bus.

We gave the company clear instructions on where the drivers should park in our parking lot and they did not follow these instructions. The drivers who had additional stops on their routes did not know it so we had a lot of confusion the morning of our event. It added a fair amount of stress to an already major event.

On time, professional, did a great job.

We have worked with Plymouth Meeting for a very long time. They work with us to ensure that our trips go well. Our bus driver Fran is excellent! She understands the needs of our students and is always pleasant! Anna Wharton is also wonderful and has always been considerate of our student population. As a school, we could not ask for better service!

First Charter was so easy to work with. I needed to update the times and add a second bus two weeks before the event and they were able to make and confirm the changes by the next day. The busses were clean and on-time and the drivers were great!

Friday afternoon, the bus driver came 40 minutes late. After contacting him and giving him directions, he seemed he didn't know where he was. I had to ping my location and text it to him so he could understand where I was.

Not only did he come 40 minutes late, but he drove so slow that the students almost missed dinner time at the retreat center (GPS said an hour and 30 minutes, it took him two hours and 10 minutes to get to the destination). We had about 30 students on the bus, and they only had 10 minutes to eat dinner.

I understand that he drove slowly for the safety of the students, but we lost about an hour and a half from coming late and the road to the destination because of the bus driver.

It was a very easy process to set up our transportation. Our driver, Deb, was amazing. She was on time and very friendly.

The communication when booking was great and the person we worked with was helpful in deciding timing and number of buses. The buses were clean and orderly. The buses were later than expected when arriving to the hotel to pick up the guests but this was explained early on since the buses were on school routes.
