Bus driver was on time and helped get our guests to and from our venue/hotel in a timely manner. Thank you again for helping make our wedding day so special!

Late to the party
We were supposed to have a bus arrive at our hotel 2:15 and leave at 2:30 to transport guests to a wedding. When there was no bus at 2:20 I called all the phone numbers on my confirmation sheet with no answer. No communication at all. The only call back I received later was from a nice woman named Raven who no longer works there. By the time 2:35 rolled around we had all decided we would need to drive if we wanted to be to the venue on time. I do not know when the bus actually showed up but I believe there was only one person left to ride it. The entire point of this booking was so that people would not have their cars 25 minutes away at the wedding. Several people had to leave their vehicles overnight because they wanted to be safe and not drive after drinking. This caused a big hassle for all those people that had to go back 20 miles the next morning. This is extremely frustrating because this is exactly what we were trying to avoid. Very disappointed.

Service was excellent.
The bus driver was on time, very accommodating and provided excellent service. The bus was a newer model. very clean, and serviced 40 guests at a time. Definitely would recommend First Student for large events. Very satisfied customer
