Yvonne went out of her way to be sure we were on time, even arriving early as our itinerary was confusing. She wanted to be sure she got it right. How many drivers do that??

The drivers and trip were excellent.
However, buses with underneath storage were requested and listed in the contract but the buses provided did not have the underneath storage.

Very Personable And Friendly Driver
Our driver was awesome. He was super accommodating as we got loaded onto the bus, and he was extremely personable to us and our guests!

I have never received a confirmation
I have never received a confirmation, I received at lease 10 calls requesting the payment. I received about 3 calls asking the same questions. I will not work with this company again.

The driver was about 25 minutes late…
The driver was about 25 minutes late for the pickup and it was difficult to get anyone to answer the phone when I tried to reach out to get an answer as to where the bus was. The first time I got through (after trying the first two phone numbers), I was told the bus was 5 minutes away. Ten minutes after that call, the bus driver called me to say she was 9 minutes away. In the meantime, no one would answer my calls. Very unprofessional. Secondly, the driver was did not have a professional demeanor - but I'm not really going to go into that. I guess she typically would work with children and I don't want to make any accusations. She did seem a bit confused however.

Our Driver Steve was excellent
Our Driver Steve was excellent. He made sure that we made it there and back safely and in timely manner. He also made sure that we had everything that we needed for the trip! Top Notch! I will definitely use you First Charter Bus Rental again when the time asks for it!
