The bus itself was great but the communication prior was terrible.

Fantastic service! We used First Charter for our wedding day to shuttle the wedding party as well as the guests in between the hotel and venue. The company was helpful when we had to modify our times and was prompt with their timing on the day of and the bus driver was very friendly. A great experience and cost effective as well.

Hired them as transportation for our wedding, and I’m glad we did. They were prompt, professional, allowed our guests to sip some beverages en route to the venue, and the drivers we had (Nancy and Debbie) were fantastic! They were much more reasonably priced than some other vendors we looked at in the area.

Jose was excellent the entire day. I didn't like that we had to pay for the entire trip before the event. The other two bus companies we normally use do not require full payment until after the event is completed.

We utilized First Student as the transportation for guests to and from our venue to our hotel for our December 2021 wedding. They were easy to work with for the quote and to set the details. The night of the wedding, they arrived right on time and there were no issues. Our bus drivers were Dianne and Julie, both of whom were very pleasant to work with. I would definitely recommend them for wedding transportation.

Who would have thought a School Bus ride with adults going to a wedding would be a good idea. Well it was a great idea, the guests felt like kids and the drivers were engaged and made the trip fun and exciting. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! Bus was very clean, driver was on time and everyone felt very safe on the ride. We were told there would be a USB cord to plug into but there was not one, and the bus driver got slightly lost but he still got us there on time! All in all great experience

First charter truly went above and beyond for this wedding. My client had to have a last minute change in venue due to some unforeseen construction at her original ceremony venue and had to switch to another the night before the wedding! First charter not only made the change for us, they waived the fee for the bride and did it all with just about 10 minutes left before they closed the office. Will definitely use them again!
