It was so easy to make the reservation…
It was so easy to make the reservation for our group outing that required two buses. The drivers were friendly. Buses were on time. This was an outing for a work event. All adults. It was great hearing people talk about either never riding a school bus as a child or all the memories they had when having to ride a school bus. I highly recommend First Charter Bus Rental.

Bus was a No Show
I placed my order on April 24, 2024, for a July 5, 2024, pick up. The bus did not show up. The driver "forgot" to pick up my group of 35. We had to scramble into personal cars to make our reservation. They came to pick us up at the end of the event but most just returned in their private cars. Because the bus did come to pick up us up, they still charged me half the pre-arranged cost despite my incredible embarrassment and inconvenience to all. Never again will I use this company. No one in authority called me to apologize. Ever.
