Great driver! Poor pricing!
Our experience was wonderful due to the bus driver and her helpfulness, cheerful attitude, and her knowledge of the streets/addresses in the area. I will state however the process to set up the rental and the final price itself left a bitter taste in my mouth. The fact I had to call a call center and the local bus barn could not help at all seems bureaucratic and wasteful of everyone's time. Furthermore, $525.00 for 3 hours, and pretty sure knowing the bus driver sees almost none of that money, makes me wonder truly who and what service fees I am paying for. Wish this money stayed in the community, and I doubt it does. I may in the future look into a locally owned business for future needs. The only reason I am giving as high of a rating is due to the bus driver, she would get 5 star for the experience!
