Jazmin Gutierrez was beyond helpful in creating our school account and organizing the bus for our field trip on December 14th. Also, the Bus Driver, Debra Toliver, was super cool and got us to our destination and back safely without any issues or concerns. THANK YOU!!!

Terrible communication and customer service. Hoping never to be desperate enough to use First Student again. The level of unprofessionalism is mind boggling! Tried to confirm a booking, but couldn’t get a hold of anyone via email or phone for WEEKS. Ended up having 3 other staff members try also. Finally, one of them got a hold of a rep who stated FS could not accommodate our date, so we went with another company. The day of the event, our contracted bus showed up AND a FS bus arrived. I was scrambling around trying to tie up loose ends for the trip while the FS bus driver had a supervisor on her cell phone demanding to speak with me (she wouldn’t let me call her back at a more convenient time). In the end, I was told my organization would be charged for the bus. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE.

I had to jump through a lot of hoops just to book this trip. It required a lot of confirmations, required prepayment also. Then my culinary teams almost missed the competition because the bus showed up so LATE!!! They did not call the contact number I provided, that was clearly on the contract. Instead they called the school and were patched through to the teacher to ask him if anyone had arrived yet. No? Oh we'll send someone now. That was 20 minutes after their scheduled pickup time. I never have these issues with EB Meyer.

Excellent customer care and service! We have been with you for 5 years and we love dispatcher officers, thanks a ton to started at 3AM for our events!
