The driver and trip were amazing, however the bus was WELL OVER AN HOUR late for our morning departure time.

We booked with First Student Charter as wedding transportation for our guests. I had spoken with both the coordinating office and service location about our itinerary several times regarding schedules and location pick up/drop off to make sure the day went off without a hitch. One of the busses was late leaving the initial destination and did not know how to get to the reception space. The bus then left the reception hall outside of the agreed upon times and did not come back to the venue for the final pick up, leaving myself, my new husband, and 35+ other guests stranded outside in the cold. Members of the staff at our venue ended up transporting people back to the designated hotel as well as guests paying for their own rides home. I would not recommend this service to anyone. In addition, I believe First Student Charters should issue a refund as they did not provide the agreed upon services as well as compensation for the additional money spent on other transportation.

Both drivers were very courteous. At one point in the evening both buses were parked in neighbor's driveway as instructed but were not leaving to make loops to the pickup points and a guest was waiting quite awhile at Super 8 and we had to ask him to go get the guest. Other than that it was a good experience

We rented the First Charter Buses to transport farmers from a trailer drop-off location to the start of a "tractor cruise" food collection charity event.

Dealing with over 40 farmers is a bit like herding cats. The bus drivers were able to handle the "moving" pick-up locations with ease and grace. The buses were on time and didn't miss a single person.
