I reached out to Amy the day before our event to discuss schedules and details for our daughters wedding day shuttle from several near by hotels. Amy returned my call immediately, was very professional and personable. The day of the wedding Amy arrived promtly, got our guest to and from the venue safely and was absoultely wonderful. Amy was flexible and worked with us to accomodate a few guests who got detained and made sure they made it back to the hotel safely as well. Thank you for the wonderful service!! I will definiely use your services again in the future and recommend to friends and family!

The bus arrived on schedule, departed on schedule and delivered all passengers as planned. Couldn't have been better.

The bus never showed up to the reservation location. I sent people around wright states campus to find the driver in case they got lost but they were unable to locate the bus/bus driver. After that, I tried calling the numbers provider for the day of the trip and neither one answered. The first number went to voicemail and the other had no voicemail. The email said that the bus depot location is in Xenia, Ohio. That is only 15 minutes away or so. I’m not sure what happened but it was frustrating. My team had to last minute carpool to make it to our game.

Busses showed up 30 minutes late making us 30 minutes late to our expensive event. I was unable to get ahold of anyone the day of my event, even the phone number that was listed to call if I needed any assistance. I am hoping to receive some reimbursement considering my pickup time/location was correct, and the busses were still late.

The trip was very comfortable. Nice Bus Driver thought me a saying, seat on seat back on back feet on floor if they fit. We loved it. Thank you.

We used First Student for a field trip from Dayton to Cincinnati and everything went perfectly. The bus driver was very friendly and accommodating. We will be using First Student again in the future.

Excellent service overall. Great customer service during reservation and confirmation process. Robert, our driver was outstanding. He was patient during pick up and drop off...also, as a former worker at Central State (our destination), he was extremely helpful in providing directions and information about the campus.

First- the drivers that we got were great. It was just about everything else that was negative.

1) They cancelled an entire route on us 4 days before the first leg of our trip. Thursday afternoon at 4:30PM they called to cancel a 10AM Monday morning trip- due to a "driver shortage." Weirdly, the next day, First Student was emailing another member on my staff team, asking to be the company we used for a much, much larger event later this summer. How is it that this company can cancel 4 days before an event for 30 people, but solicit our business for an event that hosts 500?

2) We clearly stated how many persons we needed transportation for, and that we needed at least one handicap accessible bus for all legs of the trip. On leg 2, the handicap bus came, but there weren't enough seats for all the people we booked for. We had to take separate cars (multiple) because the single bus that showed didn't have enough seats.

3) On the final leg of the trip, the bus was not handicap accessible. We had to physically carry our disabled trip member up and down the steps. It was humiliating for him to be carried, and looked terrible for our business because this student's parents were clear in expressing their reluctance to send their student with us if we couldn't provide adequate handicap accessibility.

Robert was absolutely amazing!!! We are so grateful for his upbeat attitude and getting ys to and from our trip safely!

On time, friendly driver. Will use again

First Charter was so easy to work with through the entire process and kept us up to date as we approached our wedding. The drivers were on time and friendly to all our guests. Best of all, first charter was SO affordable! I absolutely recommend for any event.
