Received an email what time collecting, Driver arrived 15mins early no problem, was very polite. Goods arrived at destination 2 hrs later. Brilliant service. Definitely use again.

First Point Logistics has honestly been one of the best companies I've ever worked with.
They are competitive in their pricing, and their customer service is exceptional. I was working on a shoot asking for thousands of pounds worth of goods to be transported to location, and they were able to accommodate last minute requests, amend my bookings hours before they were due to leave, add extra trips when we couldn't fit everything in the vans, and all with a friendly, calm professionalism that is difficult to find these days.
I would use First Point in all future productions, and can't recommend them highly enough!

Excellent service. Easy to arrange, very good service, met timescales, completed all paperwork. Especially good in respect of shipments to Ireland as TSS paperwork also completed. Next day collection and seven day delivery to Ireland. Will be using again.

In comparison, our previous provider took 3 weeks to collect shipment (rather than next day as promised) then a further 3 weeks to get the job completed and delivered to Ireland.
