unable to transfer balance to new account , came home from holiday account had matured , money put into 1 percent account ,tried to move total balance to new account ,would not allow ,so withdrew and invested elsewhere

Shout out to Zoe from First Save
Spoke to a real person immediately after choosing from the short menu options (which did not suggest a dozen online alternatives) and was helped most efficiently and effectively by Zoe. Been with FirstSave for years and see no need to go elsewhere. Always preferential rates for existing customers.
