Charlotte was fantastic - she created a bespoke course based on our needs and what we wanted to cover (drowning, CPR, choking and all other emergency and general household first aid situations for adults, babies and children.

It was extremely informative but also at the same time very enjoyable. The variety of dummies and equipment brought for us to practice on were of a very high standard too. We did a lot of practical practice to ensure the muscle memory was built so we could act quickly and calmly in an emergency situation.

We all now feel much more confident and know what to do in any emergency situation that may arise. We will definitely be doing another course with Charlotte and her team in due course if the need arises. I would not hesitate to recommend Charlotte and her team.

Jess was thorough, professional, encouraging and reassuring. I have taken several first aid courses over the years - some great and some less so. I remember one in particular where participants were made to feel embarrassed or stupid if they made a mistake, but today’s course could not have been more different. Jess gave me the confidence to feel I really could help in an emergency.

First Steps Frist Aid came and tought us Basic Life Support and Anaphylactic training for our business. They were professional and very knowledgeable. The course was well delivered and we would highly recommend.

The first aid training was so useful to me as a parent. It has made me feel much more confident in how to take care of my daughter if I am presented with different illnesses or injuries. The trainer was so friendly and she made us feel really comfortable. We were able to ask questions and the class had a relaxed yet professional feel. I have already recommended to lots of friends.

We received a training day with Mark from First Steps First Aid as a team of professionals working with young children and it was exceptionally helpful.

The course was well structured, the resources were of a very high standard and the knowledge of the trainer was impeccable.

There is no price you can put on feeling prepared for any eventuality with your children.

Charlotte answered all of the questions we had without hesitation (and there was alot). There were grandparents and first time parents to contend with all in 1 room. Her knowledge and expertise is flawless.
