Fantastic to have, especially in these times of COVID.

Made my 1st video appointment today as I have unlimited free appointments through my pet insurance provider. Video was clear and the Vet was friendly and informative, very helpful and would recomend. Also included is the helpful email that followed providing all the information and more of everything discussed during the appointment.

Excellent help and advice when our 15 week puppy became sick on holiday. It was easy to book an appointment and start the video call at the time specified. We explained the symptoms and what had happened and then the vet viewed puppy on the video. It was recommended for us to take puppy to the nearest vet ASAP, but as we were on holiday, we didn’t know where the nearest vet was. They provided extra help by searching on line for vets nearest to us, she also passed on contact details and forwarded an email to explain why she had recommended for puppy to be seen straight away. Everything ended well, puppy was seen swiftly and received excellent attention from the vets. We were so pleased that we had the service of first vet and would highly recommend it.

Thorough assessment of dog via video call. Good advice, wonderful manner and caring follow up until dog improved.

Really like first vet, always there when I need to speak to a vet about a problem with my animals.

Amazing service. So easy to use. Choice of vet and excellent availability of appointments.
Video call was on time and of high quality. Very professional service, the Rachel the vet was very thorough and patient listening to my concerns and going through carefully with me the examination.
Didn’t feel rushed and at the end of the appointment the details were emailed to me and my vet.
Would totally recommend to any pet owner. Having someone at the end of a phone 24/7 is very reassuring

This is an excellent service. My dog had been unwell overnight. Simple to set up a video call with a lovely vet at 6.30am who put my mind at rest, recommended a simple treatment and hopefully all will be well. I have this as a free add on with my pet insurance and am very very happy.

I get this service free with my pet insurance but after using it I would happily pay to have the convenience of 24/7 access plus the professional handling of the concern I had for my dog. The consultation is booked at a time to suit you, five minutes before your appointment you receive a text message reminder and at the exact time of your appointment your video chat begins. Overall excellent service!

Good advise and reassurance

When you’re a new pet owners, there’s a lot to learn about what’s normal and what’s not normal in regards to the health of your pet. To avoid any unnecessary vet visits and associated costs, First Vet is such a great resource to use as that first step - to have a professional give you preliminary advice as to whether or not you need to visit your vet, is so handy.

Great service, the on line vet was excellent. Really recommend, certainly saved going and paying for the vet.

Lovely to be able to talk and see a very within an hour of requesting to get excellent advice.
