I never write reviews on anything. I made an account for Trustpilot just for this because of how bad it was. The quality is SO CHEAP, before i started applying it there was permanent marks aleady on it and more were created during application, which is a pain in the ass, and they make it look very easy on video.

Once I realized it had damage it was to late becuase the return policy states "Unused" Which they conviently have you rip off a barrier in order to take it out so it can never go to its original condition.

Additonally the support team they have is full of people working in REMOTE JOBS and some of the remote workers, work multiple jobs making responses take very long.

Overall it is a huge waste of money and time avoid this brand.

Nightmare Consumer Experience

I never write reviews- genuinely I’ve written maybe 1-2 in my life. I wanted to love this product/company, but it’s been a terrible experience. Initially I ordered the laptop skin and phone case, but I left my cart and then went back later and ordered after researching more about the company, and I had the wrong phone case size in my cart. Almost immediately after I ordered I emailed them asking if they could do anything to fix it before it was sent (that whole part was totally my fault- I ordered the wrong one). I got a response the next day in the middle of the night saying it wasn’t a problem and I would receive a shipping update shortly with the email- however I didn’t receive it until the next day. To my surprise the update came along with an invoice asking for another 20+ dollars for the phone case I had already paid for. I emailed about this, and the following day it was responded to saying it was a mix-up on their end and that they’d fix it and I’d have an update sent soon. 2 days later I received a shipping confirmation that said my (full) order was on its way, phone case and laptop skin. My order sat in the same place for a week, then I reached out asking about it and they said, “I just went ahead and checked on the status of your order and I am seeing that it is on its way to you now.” The order finally showed up almost over 2 weeks after being purchased. It was missing the phone case. I emailed right away asking about the missing item where customer service responded with “I am not too sure” why I hadn’t received the item. I emailed multiple times regarding my frustration with the customer service and email responses and the times they were responded to- hoping either to be receiving a refund or the shipment confirmation and received this email:

“I work remotely in Arizona and am a mom to very young children. I also work another job so I am sometimes only able to answer emails late at night. It's just what works best with my schedule. I always make sure to respond to all emails within 24-48 hours. Hopefully that clears that up!”

I don’t really have anything more to say. Its been a few days and I’ve heard nothing back.

I received the item and found it to e unsuitable for my needs.
I contacted the company via email and received a very quick response from Becki. She indicated I should send it to a postal address 0 that the company did not provide return label.
I sent the unused product back to the address at my own expense.
It was quickly returned to me with "return to sender" on the parcel. I sent it a second time, with the same disappointing and very expensive result.
As of this writing, I have had or response from the company and have received no refund.
In addition to the purchase price in excess of 50 dollars, I have now paid twice for return shipping.
Do not recommend this company.

Accidently ordered the wrong size, they were pale to fix my order before it mailed out! Love my new case

ME: My Order #199XXX appears to be lost as it has not moved in shipping. It was expected to be delivered yesterday but appears to be lost in Chicago.

FishSkyn: We have had a large increase in the number of emails we have been receiving recently, so we are just getting to this email. I just went ahead and checked on the status of your order and I am seeing that it has been arriving at many different USPS facilities for the week or so. Unfortunately, that is on the carrier and there is not much we can do about it. It happens with some of our packages for some reason. You can try calling USPS to get it directed to you, that usually works for packages USPS does this with.I am so sorry about that!Thanks and have a great day,Bre

The fairly costly Enduro Phone case is a cheap Chinese case with a printing ( I'm hoping it isn't in fact a sticker at this point) - They really church it up, but it's probably a 10.00 injection molding product.

I ordered top, bottom, and inside skins for my MacBook Air. They were all exactly what I was hoping they'd be. My only complaint is that it came with no instructions for applying, not even a QR code or anything. This wasn't too much of an issue for me since I watched a video on their website before I even ordered it. Also, I expected it to come with an alcohol wipe based on the video saying to wipe it down with one first. I didn't have one so I ended up using some vodka on a makeup cotton round. I did have a hard time getting the skins perfectly centered on my computer, so one side has a bit of an edge that you can feel extending just a tad too far on one side, but I'd already peeled it off and tried again a couple of times and didn't want to risk it not adhering well. Overall, I'm pleased. Time will tell how the edges stay stuck down.

Quality products, fast shipping. I've been using their skins for years now. Never had a problem. They are more affordable than the competition.

Quality product, customer service needs improvement.

This review is not about their product itself but rather about their integrity. For me, integrity trumps product every time.

These folks were easy to communicate with before I purchased their product. After I purchased their product there was a problem with the purchase itself and they will not return my email to address the problem. Of course, I say email, because they do not provide their phone number anywhere. I should have snapped to that fact before I did business with them.

They have my money, I feel left out in the dark, and I’ll just have to make peace with it. Maybe my review can help others.

Take care of your customers. That’s rule #1. They failed.

Fishskyn is a very unique product. There are a lot of advertisements about 'the thinnest case' and seems to be a growing trend; I think Fishskyn cracked the code. Their unique durable sticker-like protective 'skins' are made to perfectly wrap around your phone or tablet. It can be more tedious than the average phone case install, but it is truly the thinnest possible way to protect your phone. I ordered an iPad skin and a Magic Keyboard skin after loving my new iPhone skin, and though the iPad skin was the right size the Keyboard size was for a bigger version. I reached out to support who suggested I can return for a refund or exchange. Though I had to pay to ship it back, support was very understanding and flexible with working with me. I asked for a refund and Fishskyn obliged, and also sent me the correct size Magic Keyboard skin at no extra charge! It is installed on my keyboard now and looks awesome. I consider that above and beyond customer service. This is a good, honest company.
