Excellent Service and Reliable Hosting!

I've been using Fisthost for several months now, and I couldn't be happier with their service. The uptime is exceptional, and my website loads incredibly fast. Their customer support team is always available and accommodating whenever I have questions or need assistance. The user-friendly control panel makes managing my site a breeze, even for someone who isn't very tech-savvy. Fisthost offers fantastic features at a great price, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient hosting provider. Five stars all the way!

Websites deleted without final notice

Since acquiring the Fist Host's Gold package in 2021, I've hosted three websites from scratch. Renewals were seamless until 2024 when I needed to postpone. Despite informing their support, requesting time, and offering to pay late fees, they refused to issue any discount codes, despite my three years of patronage. I emphasized my willingness to cover late fees and requested they hold my renewal, which they confirmed. However, days later, I discovered all my websites displaying a "DNS not found" error. Upon inquiry, Fist Host management casually mentioned they had deleted all my websites without prior notice. As a non-developer, this was distressing, given the three years of effort invested. While I acknowledge my failure to back up the websites, their deletion without any prior communication or warning email is highly disappointing. They lost a long-term customer and caused a huge loss to me.
