Started the trial and realized it was not for me so didn't use the app anymore. not even sure I tried it fully, however I then noticed two extra payments of 46.64 had also been taken monthly. Of course this has not been refunded as according to them I agreed to this. Be very careful or look else where. total rip off

This company is nothing but a scam company.

I signed up for 7 day trial for about $14 Australian on 19 April without realising that it automatically click over in 7 days to a subscription worth $74 Australian and on 26 April (day 7) when I was informed by PayPal that I was due to pay $74 for a subscription and then contacted fitme. Even though I cancelled the subscription on day 7 they still withdrew the $74 for a month that I have no intentions of using.

I contacted fitme support and received a very generic type response claiming they are a legitimate company. “I very much question that”. I only wish I’d read some of the reviews prior to signing up to the 7 day trial as I now realise how much of a scam this company really is.

This company has no idea about customer satisfaction or customer service. All they are concerned about is grabbing as much money as possible for his little effort as possible.

A company who pray on the elderly and no respect for the client.

Signing up for the 7 day trial has ended up costing me $90 Australian with no satisfaction whatsoever?

Very basic weight loss exercises, after day one I decided not to continue. On day 7 PayPal organised withdrawal the additional $74 Australian for a subscription for another subscription even though I had cancelled on the same day that I received notification from PayPal fitme claim it was my fault as I should have cancelled before day 7.

People please don’t fall into the same trap I did and stand well-clear of this company.

Fitme are a company not to be trusted. A company certainly not recommended by me.

Do not purchase the chair yoga from FitMe. They will insist you ordered the 49.95 subscription, and I did not!
My Discover Card actually would not return my money after FitMe sent them a bogus justification. FitMe has cancelled the subscription (I never subscribed to) but will not return my 49.95 that was ripped off from me. I will also get rid of my Discover Card.

Was not informed with the original payment of $19.99, that it was a monthly subscription of $49.99. I called the day it was charged on my credit card pending charges. Cannot talk with them by phone. You have to email. They canceled the subscription but refused to reverse the $49.99 charge. After pressing for a refund he offered a free subscription until Nov. NO THANK YOU. BEWARE

What a scam. Been paying for a subscription I didn't know I had and trying to cancel but reaching customer service is hidden and I am finding impossible...can someone help. Consumer beware...

I did not overtly subscribe to the app, but was just exploring. Their site has "Subscribe" as the unmarked default option and "Do not subscribe" hidden in tiny print on some later page. That is unscrupulous.

This is a SCAM! Only when you have paid for what they present as a fitness app they inform you that you are now member of a club and they will make monthly withdrawals. Even when you cancel and they confirm that you are cancelled, they keep making withdrawals from your account! STAY AWAY!

I did not authorize auto pay for this app. Through Words With Friends I made a purchase for I believe a 1 week session. I wanted to cancel but they could not locate my account. I gave them info they requested. I always received a reply that they could not locate my account to issue a refund. However, they seemed to have located my account to do a additional auto charge of $ 49.99 I did not authorize. I went through my google log in account. So be aware of this company. I am filing fraud charges

J'ai acheté une séance de yoga sur chaise à 18.18€. Jusque là, transaction normale et autorisée. Sauf qu'en consultant mon compte bancaire, la société a mis en place un prélèvement mensuel automatique de 46.64 € sur paypal SANS MON AUTORISATION, que j'ai immédiatement annulé. J'ai fait opposition sur mon compte bancaire mais ils ont réussi à prélever sur la carte bleue (compte secondaire) que j'ai supprimée par la suite sur paypal. Je suis actuellement en litige et j'attends le remboursement...

My partner has suffered a similar scam over here via PayPal. Two payments of over £50 unrecoverable. Blocked further payments and cancelled PayPal account. This scam is copying legit fitness apps.

This is a scam organisation. They use a program that automatically gets you on a subscription and when you complain they offer you a 30% refund which never happens. If you agree to the refund I assume that this lets them off the hook for legal action? I will continue my request for a full refund until the Court Case.

Liars. They are just liars. All of the ads say the printable chair yoga plans are now free to download. NOTHING is free from this outfit. I don’t care that it isn’t free. It’s the duplicity that is the problem.

I've been interested for awhile in the printable chair yoga plans being pushed on Facebook. They now heavily feature "is now for free!" NO IT ISN'T They require agreeing to a timed purchase (looks like might even be a subscription) and submitting payment information before you can access your plan. Edited to add: just a couple hours after I didn't sign up, I received an e-mail which included this statement (emphasis added) - "Over 267,539 plans have been SOLD in the last 24 hours."
