DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! First - this company has changed its email address and its name over time - probably to avoid lookups here on TrustPilot and elsewhere. I processed an order with them because they specifically were listed as a "sponsored" Google shop - when in fact they are NOT. After submitting my order, I realized that the invoice coming back was NOT a legitimate dealer for FitBit bands. I IMMEDIATELY attempted to contact them to cancel my order and there has been NO RESPONSE. I contacted my bank to alert them that this is a scam site - but until the charge is actually posted they cannot start a case. As soon as it does process, I will file a notice of fraud with my bank and I am certain they will end up refunding the money. Reading their "Terms of Service" is horrifying - something most of us never think to do. I have filed a complaint with the BBBB in the United Kingdom and will also file with the BBB here. They have already been reported. I will also be sending a complaint to shopify. I'm sure they do not want to have their logo splashed on a corrupt scam site.
UPDATE 4/2/2026 - filed complaint with bank as no response from company to multiple emails. As soon as the charge cleared the bank they sent me an email that they have shipped my order. I doubt that very much and have still received NO reply to any of the multiple emails I have sent to them. Nothing at all. I've sent emails from both their webpage and their "generalinfo" link - no responses from either. Whether or not anything shows up, I will not drop the dispute since they never responded to my cancel request and I doubt they will respond to the bank either. I will update this review again with my experience.

Received first confirmation email and that was it. Never heard from them again. Contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute which they just notified me that they are crediting my money back.

Only the colors were good

The Only positive aspect was the color choice. I really liked the lavender colored band. That is where it ENDS. The metal is a stainless steel/chrome loop closure. The problem initially was that the little metal part that protrudes into the band size hole is made of a Very cheap, flat, Thin metal that bends and Doesn’t stay in the sizing holes. That’s a Huge problem because it can’t stay on your wrist!! It just bends its way past the solid loop and it pops off your wrist!
The second problem is that low life company that’s NOT authorized by Google Fitbit! ( I didn’t realize it was a knock off. MY fault here). They never replied to my immediate communication with them. I was Well within my given allowable time to complain for a refund. No response. No money back. No loyalty to the customer. It takes a while to come from China, and in the end it was a pretty piece of crap. The company was the worst! I wasted like $ 16 or so. WEEKS of trying to get someone to reply to me. Now I ordered it from Google. $24 was Sooo much more worth it. I would have ordered it here from the start but the link send me to That crappy site first.

Return and refund request with NO RESPONSE!!!

I bought a Fitbit Sense 2 band on the 23rd of Aug 2025. It arrived on the 2nd of Sept 2025. I sent an email on the 3rd of Sept 2025 to request a return for a full refund. I followed up with more emails every single week thereafter. I have had NO RESPONSE!! This company's return and refund policy is totally false as they DO NOT RESPOND!
DO not risk buying from them. It is obviously another rip off!!

Their email on the site bounces, as a non-exsisting account. I've tried to contact about my order, no replies. It's been two weeks and no product. I should have looked them up before I bought!

Fit band does not work with my Fitbit Versa 2.
I reached out 3 times via email to generalinquiries email provided and have not received a response. This must be a scam company. I just read a few reviews with the same issue.

No Refunds

I have reached out several times to start the return process for a band that does not fit the watch it claims to be made for. I have had zero response. Don't shop here. Go anywhere else.

The band I ordered looked nothing like what the online picture depicted. And there was no answer to my messages requesting instruction on how to return. Buyer beware!

Horrible company!

Horrible company!! They have a website that makes you think you are buying from fitbit! So deceptive and they do not respond to requests for returns. DO NOT BUY!! This company is from China , not U.S!!

Not fool proof to not fall off.

First, it took some time to receive the wristbands.
Second, I thought it was coming from Texas. Didn't know it was coming from China.
Third, return window is 14 days. Of course, it fell off my wrist on day 20 after receipt, and continues to fall off almost daily, so I do not wear it. The band is NOT guaranteed to stay on. Waste of $53 as I bought two of them. The original bands stayed on, no problem other than I have an allergic reaction to the silicon. Will need to make a fabric "sleeve" and use the original band that does not fall off.

Do not buy, defective product & no response…

I purchased a Fitband Luxe in April 2025 & received it 3 weeks later. The top portion of the band clicked in but kept popping off. There is a space that should not be there.

I contacted Fitbands.com by email ( as there is no other customer support as the fit bands is in China ) the day I received the fit bands. There is supposed to be a 14 day moneyback guarantee. I have emailed them again three more times and have received no response.

I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I would not recommend fitbands.com as their product is defective and there is no customer service.

NO RESPONSE COMPANY!! DON'T ORDER!!

We had ordered a band (~$30) for Christmas. It finally showed up a few weeks after Christmas. It wasn't as described (didn't fit the FitBit it showed on the website). After numerous attempts to contact, email--still no response. Don't order!!

No response for help or return

I ordered a metal band for my fitbit. I received with no instructions on how to remove links to make it smaller. Sent 3 emails and a message through their website. No response. I also tried to return it via these channels. No response. My 2 week return window is almost up. I'll contact my cc company to intervene. Do not buy from this company.

No response on legit return request!!!

I ordered a replacement band for my Fitbit Sense. They shipped the wrong color band. I immediately emailed them for a replacement and followed with several more emails within the 2 week grace period per their return policy. I never heard back from them. I took screenshots of the company accepting my email response
