App doet niet wat het zou moeten doen en is pure geldklopperij, je probeert 1 maand en je hangt ineens vast aan een abonnement zonder je het door hebt.
Echte oplichters die weten wat ze doen met hun vestigingen in Cyprus.

Het is geldklopperij, eerst betaalt je 18,38 euro en na een maand halen ze 36,29 van uw rekening zonder mijn toestemming ik heb 54,67 euro betaald en na 2maanden hebben ze die stop gezet ik had toch zeker recht op 2 maanden meer. p.s ik doe intermittent fasting al enkele jaren en gij heb die app echt niet nodig om af te vallen.

Ze zijn gevestigd in Cyprus dus onbetrouwbaar. Hun app werkt niet en je krijgt geen ondersteuning! Bedriegers die mensen geld aftroggelen.

Ze schrijven geld van je rekening af, wat ik per abuis gedaan heb . Ik heb hen gelijk aangeschreven om te zeggen dat het bedrag van 18,38 terug gestort moet worden omdat ik niets met FitFast kan. Het was dus echt een fout die ik gemaakt heb.
Ik heb ze 3 keer gevraagd om het geld terug te storten
wat ze NIET WILLEN DOEN.
Mijn advies, GA NIET MET HEN IN ZEE, want ze zijn niet te vertrouwen. Als je zo met klanten omgaat dan
schop je het niet ver.
NOGMAALS ga GEEN gebruik maken van hun diensten

I've been working with Daniel for nearly five years (with a short break in between), and I honestly can’t put into words how much support he and the Fit Fast team provide. Their passion for fitness and wellbeing shines through in everything they do. The whole team are incredibly knowledgeable and always ready to guide you, from personalised meal plans and training advice to answering any questions you may have along the way.

Since training with Daniel, my own love and passion for fitness and wellbeing has grown so much that I’ve recently enrolled on two courses with them to continue learning and developing. Their guidance has truly inspired me to keep growing, both physically and mentally.

Daniel has an amazing ability to bring out the best in you. Every PT session, he pushes me beyond what I thought I was capable of, and somehow proves, time after time, that I can achieve more than I ever imagined. His encouragement, energy, and belief in you make every workout both challenging and empowering.

The Fit Fast team truly care about their clients, not just physically, but emotionally and mentally too. Whether you’re having a tough week at work or going through personal challenges, they’re always there to support you with warmth, understanding, and positivity.

I have been training with Daniel for approximately two months now and I can honestly say it’s probably been the best decision I’ve made with regards to training in a very long time. Although every session is hard and it doesn’t seem to get any easier. I absolutely love it and look forward to the next session. I would definitely recommend joining and having him as your PT due to his training intensity and the wealth of knowledge which comes along with it.

Na inschrijving bij fitfast blijkt dat als je in het buitenland hebt en minder bereik de app niet functioneert en er achteraf geen activiteiten kunnen worden toegevoegd. Als je vervolgens vraagt om restitutie wordt er gevraagd om screenshots, hoe maak je die als je niets kunt invoeren. Dit is ook best lastig bij o.a. zwemactiveiten dat kan sowieso niet met je mobiel op zak. Wat ik ook ergelijk is dat je constant dezelfde antwoorden krijgt van de Customer Service, ondanks mijn verzoek om een ander antwoord dan de dezelfde template die steeds ze weer sturen met hetzelde riedeltje over screenshots. Kortom geen aanrader, onpersoonlijk en zeer teleurstellend deze app. Ik zou het graag netjes opgelost zien en mijn geld terug ontvangen.
