Deeply disappointed by the lengthy and verbose videos that are web based, play poorly on Android and of poor informational depth. I have not found this app to work for me at all

These guys are legit. Absolutely first class organization of true believers dedicated to helping their customers achieve their goals. One of the best I've ever worked with.

This was a wonderful experience, ordering from fit father project. I live on the east coast so understandingly it took about a week or so to receive but well worth it. The tshirt fits great and the protein you can taste is outstanding.

Not sure I can say enough about Dr A and his staff. This community is accepting and has been a great place for me to grow both with my physical appearance, but also mentally and emotionally too. The Sedona retreat and the live events are amazing. You get to meet fellow fathers (and mothers) who are on the same journey as you and accept you as you are and not as what they think you should be. Thanks Dr A for building such a great community.

I think this whole thing is yet another scammy rip off. Why does everything have to be a membership? I thought I was purchasing a one time workout program for old school muscle, instead I have this stupid all and no workout program.

I really enjoy all the workouts with the trio for now. I know it's going to get tougher. I enjoy Dr. A's knowledge on almost everything really enjoyed the articles on supplements. Having Ben answer questions and and respond to our posts is a help to stay motivated. Very happy with everything and I feel so much better. Looking forward to the future.

Provides a holistic very workable fitness plan that addresses not only excercise, but also nutrition and lifestyle, that all work together for improved health. Plenty of well-researched info is provided along with clear application.

I love their protein shakes, but will never give them more than 3*. The reason is a while back they shipped a couple bottles of their super fuel and it was very bitter-a bad batch. I had to throw it out. Contacted them and crickets-no response. If you show interest in a purchase, they are happy to help. Basically $120+ out the door.

I started the Fit Father Project about six months ago, and I can honestly say it delivers results. Let me be clear this isn’t a magic pill. You have to put in the work. The program provides clear plans for workouts, nutrition, and recovery, which was a huge plus for me as a busy guy.
What I liked most was the approach to nutrition. Everything is practical and doable, no expensive or complicated ingredients. Eating doesn’t feel like a strict diet, more like building habits you can actually maintain long-term.
The workouts are designed to be done at home or in the gym, and they really give results. Personally, I noticed an increase in strength and endurance within a couple of months.
Another big plus is the community support. Sometimes motivation is low, and seeing other members’ progress and stories is inspiring it keeps you from giving up halfway.
The only downside is that it requires self-discipline. If you slack off, no program will work. But if you’re serious, the Fit Father Project genuinely helps build lasting habits and improves overall health.
Overall, I’m satisfied. For men over 30 looking for a comprehensive approach to fitness and health, I’d definitely recommend it. It’s more than just workouts it’s a lifestyle.

Been a member for 4 years now. The program works. I lost 40 pounds in the first 9 months, my goal, and have kept it off. The support has been fantastic. It’s a program that makes sense and works for me. I’m glad I discovered them. I highly recommend FFP.
