Good service easy to navigate site and found what I was looking for.

Easy to find the part we needed on the website. The part arrived quickly, well packaged, and as advertised - appears brand new. We were able to install and now have a fully functional treadmill again.

I ordered a part on July26th and received the part October 2nd. That is pathetic.

Great company to buy from. Easy to understand catalog w. fantastic diagrams that allow you to easily identify both your machine and the parts you need.

This was the only place I could find what I needed. Was able to install them with no problems and are working good. My only complaint is that they hit my credit card right away but parts were delivered in about 3 weeks. A better communication to customers would be helpful as I was about to cancel my order when I finally received an email that my order was shipped

Have my elliptical for year and 2 pedal arm sleeves were disintegrating. Found the parts easily, the price was reasonable. Fixed it and saved me from buying a new elliptical.

I placed my order on 7/19/2025, I only received a partial shipment. I have sent several emails to customer service asking information when I will receive the rest of my order and as of today I have not received such information.
