Everything else was fine except for the deposit, for our previous rental home in Sheffield. They returned only £495 out of the £600 deposit, charging around £400 for cleaning, even though we had already cleaned the house, apart from normal wear and tear. And they took a month to release that as well. I felt this was really unfair and a bit dodgy.

I had really bad experience with Fit-Property- Sheffield. There was someone called Raquel who sent unnecessary emails before checking with his colleague. For example, I had an agreement with their manager and then he sent such an annoying emails. Overall, I am not happy about this behaviour.

I had a fantastic experience viewing 2 properties today with Zeana. She was very professional and friendly and made the process smooth giving us all the info we needed. Similar age to us so knew what we were looking for within the properties!

My experience with Fitpropert was very comforting and easy going. I was led by Logan who was understanding and explained to me avaliable dates to view my desired property. Despite not officially booking in, when I am ready I will definitely be calling back and getting the viewing sorted!

Logan gave us a tour round the properties and was very helpful, he answered all my questions and gave us so much detail even explaining the local amenities and most impressively the distance to the nearest football pitch. Logan was a great help and would definitely recommend.
