We ve just had composite decking installed by Jimmy and Joe who have done a great job, its took them just 3 days and they've never stopped, very friendly, cleared away all their rubbish and even jetwashed the decking, I would recommend fitrite to anyone wanting composite decking, I ve spoke to Louise who is the aftersales person who s told me to contact her if we have any issues in future as it is under warranty

The installation was carried out by Paul, Chalky, Mick and Matt, who were helpful , courteous and amazing workers in all kinds of weather.
I cannot speak too highly of them a first class job.

The fitter’s turned up on date and at the correct time.
Jordon and Dan first discussed the job and how I wanted it done and completed the work in a professional manner.

Absolutely perfect from start to finish, great communication and the install crew went above and beyond. Would highly recommend. A++++++++

Fitrite poor construction strikes again on Tranquility Park, newly fitted decking has fallen apart in the breeze resulting in rails and spindles blocking the road, if you want to see a picture look at park homes policy forum

We had decking fitted to two new caravans. The decking has subsided and faded, In August 2025 the C.E.O promised to replace both decks and asked us to choose a colour for the replacement decking boards which we did. They asked if they could complete the work in "their quite period of November 2025 to February 2026". We agreed to this but despite promises from the CEO, the Finance Director and the Business Development Manager, they will not give us a commitment to carrying out the work. I have since learnt that their are other caravan and lodge owners on the same holiday park in the same situation as us.

I had my decking and glass fitted by fitrite rwo years ago they were very professional.I couldn't be more pleased with their work the lads were amazing . I am now looking forward to using them again for some more decking.

Our installation went well without any hitches. Mick and Matt were informative and explained the work as they went which provided reassurance that it was being completed as envisaged. Overall, we are pleased with the quality of the decking - just waiting for the glass to be installed now!

This company offers you a service with a smile and post work when you report faults they start making excuses. Avoid at every cost.

Well after a disappointing nightmare after sending contractors to fit my garden room and decking for it to fall to pieces
I had to get intouch with the finance company they finally got the fitright fitters to come and take it down and rebuild it again as it should of been built in the first place

Mick and Matt went above and beyond for me after a lot of tears they finally built it as it should of been

I'm sat smiling now and i love it 😀

Well, very happy with the overall product and service was exceptional, yes, quite expensive, however, the end result was stunning and are very happy indeed with the finished project..Dave one of the fitters sayed locally as he came from over 3 hours away, absolute star, nothing was too much trouble, and would reccomend without any hesitation...Raeding some of the 1* reveiws I was shocked as my experiance was nothing like that, clearly they have either sorted these problems out now, as I could not fault them.

What an amazing transformation!

I am 1000% happy with my decking and luxurious hot tub installed in my garden by fitrite. Am speechless, really happy I can tell you. My dreams have come true. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Whoever is writing bad reviews here, is not nice. These guys have done an excellent job for me honestly.

I have recently had Fitrite install me one of their garden studios. I chose this product above all others due to it being designed for the size of my plot and for my individual tastes. The quality of materials are aesthetically pleasing but of a robust nature to cope with adverse weather conditions and time. The materials are held together with clever fixings that are secure once implemented. I am satisfied with the completed building and the 10 year guarantee that is warranted.
The assembly team Mick and Ellis were were friendly and easy to get along with. Their knowledge of the product was impressive and they answered all my questions clearly. I was also impressed with their skill levels measuring and cutting materials with constant precision. They were always punctual and hard working through out the days. I feel both are a credit to Fitrite.

Appalling service received from this company . Firstly they do not show up when arranged, it took months to finally get them to come and installed decking around a caravan , secondly they Installed the decking completely the wrong way round meaning you have to walk on the grass to get on to the deck ? There is a pathway for a reason ! It’s now been 5 months and still waiting for them to correct their issue , install was September 2025 , it’s now March 2026 and still not complete , as previous to the install , dates booked to come and rectify issue they caused and nobody turns up , when you call and chase they said ‘oh no don’t know what happened your booking disappeared out of our calendar’ . They do not care and have no interests in good customer service.

From the initial quotation to completing my conservatory roof replacement took just over two weeks. Everyone I met were professional and helpful. Donny and his team carried out the installation working tirelessly in probably the worst weather we’d had this year. A lot of on site alterations were required due to the conservatory not being square, these were addressed by the team and even though they didn’t complete the roof on the day it was watertight prior to them leaving at 19.30. The internal plastering was completed on the next day and the lads came back on the Sunday to finish the roof. I have noticed already that it is a much warmer room now and look forward to using it all year round. Overall my experience with Fitrite has been excellent and would have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone.

We had a new conservator roof fitted by Lee and Mick from Fitrite, from start to finish they were brilliant, they talked us through every stage of there work , and worked very hard in all conditions, the quality f the finish is first class , they were on time ,polite , and respectful of our home , we would recommend them 100%.
