Phoebe listened to these and was able to show me a completely different model that has ended up being even better than what I initially came in to buy! She was very attentive. Highly recommend coming here.

The Birmingham shop only had one recumbent exercise bike which was not suitable . The two members of staff I spoke to were exceptionaly good and supportive. .

I bought the Taurus Design Line Dual Pulley Twin Cable machine (Art. No. TF-DP-G-66) in Dec 2025 and installed it in April this year. Great machine with very clear instructions and a boon for my fitness regime.
I also wanted the Bodycraft leg extension attachment and contacted the Birmingham store on 4 April 26 to order it. I spoke to Katie who was lovely on the phone and she offered to check to make sure the leg extension fitted the Taurus. In an e-mail response she told me that she had been told that it would not fit the Taurus as it needed the upright bar as on the Bodycraft machine and couldn't understand why it was shown as an accessory on the website. I replied explaining that the Taurus has TWO bars which appear identical to the Bodycraft bar but got no response.
I placed the order anyway and, as I thought, the extension fits the Taurus perfectly and is a great addition to the cable weight machine.
So, two great items from Fitshop, both at good prices and very quickly delivered but I was less than impressed with the customer service I received.

Just incredible service and products.
I have been searching for ages for kit for my home gym. I didn't want to spend a fortune and there were tons of suppliers online. The reviews for these online suppliers were terrible and I was a bit lost, until I found a local store offering similar prices to these online shops, but with premium quality products, an actual physical premises and great in store reps. I turned up, got to see what I was buying, ordered everything at the store and it was at my house within just 2 days. Set everything up and it is top level stuff, feeling like a boss now and it's set me up properly for my fitness journey. Thank you guys, really appreciate the support. Can't remember the guys name in store, but he deserves a pat on the back, younger chap maybe early 20's.

Not a great experience with Fitshop. Ordered a barbell and weights over the phone after taking advice on what I needed with the set-up I had at home. Goods arrived and barbell didn't work with the bench I have. Contacted Fitshop to arrange return of barbell (weights were all fine) and get a barbell that was the correct size etc. Asked me to pay for courier for return, told them that their employee insisted that the barbell would be fine so wasn't my fault. After many emails finally agreed to arrange return without a charge. Took weeks for courier to pick up barbell (went to wrong address, not available etc). Finally returned and then had an email to say the barbell was damaged and they would be deducting 35% from the cost of the barbell. Asked to see pictures, finally had them through and they were of a different barbell which had obviously been used. Sent them pictures of the barbell I returned and the packaging used and asked for an explanation. They finally agreed to refund the whole amount (the grand total of £22.48!) So they did all this to save £7.87! Still waiting for the refund from an order that was placed on 11 Sep 25 and over 40 emails later!

Came here a while ago with the thoughts of buying some gear for my home gym - the machines I’ve got are a little old school and was looking to upgrade.
Upon arrival I was greeted by two lovely members of staff, Amanda and Mila. They were extremely patient with me as I hadn’t bought brand new and modern gym equipment before, so discussed with me the differences in the new machines and which would be most similar to the ones I had at home - like trying a water rower instead of an air one, absolute game changer. So much so that I bought one there that afternoon, and had my eye on a couple of other bits of kit. Truly know their way around the equipment, and were beyond helpful during my visit.
Thank you to Fitshop Brum, and your two aces, keep smashing it! I’ll be back! 💪🏼💪🏼

AVOID!! I have never experienced disgusting service like it. Never reply to their emails, you speak to someone on the phone and you can tell they either can't be bothered to work (Rude), or they can never give you an answer to anything.
Constant mistakes, which they had the audacity to try and charge me for, miscommunication, lack of communication, rudeness... I can go on. I have everything in writing as evidence of the horrendous experience I have had with this company.
on top of the horrendous service, I am owed £1,600 pounds from 6 weeks ago and am yet to receive a penny of it. The amount of times I have heard "You'll have your money in 10-14 working days, it's all been confirmed" is becoming a circus act. I constantly have to chase and remind them, after waiting the 10-14 days, to which I hear another 10-14 days. Then I am told that it is 10-14 days from when the item is returned, which was never said in any of the emails... regardless, I NEVER HAD THE ITEMS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
This morning, after having written confirmation in MAY that I would have my money in "10-14 working days" , waiting, chasing, hearing different things, rude staff, doing their job for them, I have now had another complete U-turn from them and apparently the amount of £1,600 is now too high to do electronically and I have to make a 2 hour round trip to see them in store. A company where most of their items are thousands and thousands of pounds, cannot do a return of £1,600?
When you see this FitShop, I also want my installation fee of £200 (For 1 item) refunded on top of this now. I was going to take that on the chin, but as you never actually installed anything for me, I'll have that back. I look forward to receiving my £1,800.
