We had a very helpful and informative visit to FitShop thanks to Zen, discussed all of the options without any sales pressure and intend to finalise our purchase once the time is right. Well worth paying a visit and getting the personal guidance rather than just going online.

the product was at a competive price. well built and the tower not too high - could fit under a window in the sitting room. moreover the dilivery time was good- sooner than expected.

Outstanding customer service
I needed help with the purchase of a suitable new treadmill to replace the previous one which I had bought from this same shop many years ago, and with which I had been delighted. Phil was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to give me great advice and information to help me to choose the new one best suited to my needs. It was great to be able to make this important and expensive purchase with Phil's excellent support in a shop with physical treadmills to view and try out rather than online. With the excellent customer service I was delighted to buy my new treadmill from this outstanding company once again.
