Had a slight issue but someone from customer care gave me a phone call and resolved my issue and then some which I was surprised they was so good about it which helped me decide to make more purchases from them the same day. After the service I got from them will definitely be using them in future

Very impressed customer
I went into the Birmingham store looking for a functional trainer for my home gym but I wasn’t sure which one would best suit my needs. Phoebe was absolutely brilliant and helped explain each one individually and answered all my ‘silly’ questions! I was very impressed with her knowledge and I am excited to get my equipment and try out all the different tips and tricks she recommended.

I had a fantastic experience purchasing…
I had a fantastic experience purchasing my Taurus machine from Callum at Fitshop. From the very beginning, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure.
What really stood out was the level of customer service he provided. As I live so far away and couldn't see the machine in person, Callum went above and beyond by recording personalised video demonstrations showing the Taurus in action and explaining its features. This made such a difference and gave me the confidence to make such a significant purchase.
His communication throughout was excellent, and I genuinely felt he wanted to make sure I chose the machine that was right for me rather than simply making a sale.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Callum to anyone looking for fitness equipment. Outstanding customer service and a real credit to Fitshop. Thank you again!

I am very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the delivery of your kettlebell. We appreciate how frustrating it is when an order does not arrive as expected, and we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Having reviewed your order, I can see it was placed on 19th June, and you contacted us on 26th June to report that the delivery had not been received. We immediately raised an investigation with the courier and advised that, should the parcel be confirmed as lost, we would arrange a replacement without delay.
On 30th June, the courier confirmed that the parcel had been lost in transit. We promptly arranged a replacement, however, you advised that you would instead prefer to cancel the order and receive a full refund. Your replacement order was therefore cancelled, and your refund was processed on 2nd July, just two days after your cancellation request and five days before this review was posted.
We have since been in contact with you directly, and you have confirmed that your refund has been received. While we fully acknowledge and apologise for the courier's failure to deliver your order, we would respectfully dispute the suggestion that your refund was not processed promptly. As outlined above, the refund was issued within 48 hours of your cancellation request.
We are genuinely sorry that your experience did not meet the standards we strive to provide and have fed the courier's performance back internally as part of our ongoing review process.

Visited Fitshop in Glasgow. Craig was so helpful and knowledgeable. Explained the machines clearly so we could make an informed decision on the correct equipment for us. Gave us lots of tips for my husband’s sore shoulder too! Would highly recommend to everyone.
