The guys in store were really helpful…
The guys in store were really helpful and I ordered a multi gym. The tracking number was wrong and head office staff were rude and not interested in helping. They kept telling it was my problem and ring the courier, with the wrong tracking number it was a bit pointless.

FLAT BENCH WITH LEG CURL.
TOO MANY PEOPLE GETTING INVOLVED WITH MY QUERIES PAST FROM PILLAR TO POST. DIDN'T PASS MY DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS TO THEIR COURIER, I HAD TO DO THAT. SALES PERSON GAVE FALSE INFO ON THE ITEM. I SPECIFICALLY ASKED IF FULL REVERSE HAMSTRING CURLS COULD BE ACHIEVED, THEY SAID YES, BUT I CAN'T, SO THE ITEM IS PRETTY USELESS TO ME NOW.
WHEN I MADE THEM AWARE OF MY DISSATISFACTION WITH THE ITEM NO ONE BOTHERED TO REPLY.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you remain dissatisfied with your experience.
Your order was placed on 01/05/2026 and delivered the following day on 02/05/2026. On the day of delivery, you contacted us with additional delivery instructions, which were passed directly to the courier by our team. During this process, you were assisted by two separate members of staff who both responded to your queries.
Following delivery, we received an email from a third party regarding the bench. Unfortunately, as there was no permission from the named customer on the order, we were unable to discuss or disclose any order information in accordance with GDPR regulations. We replied explaining this at the time but did not receive any further correspondence.
We would also like to clarify that we have not previously received complaints regarding this bench performing leg curls as intended. When your review was brought to our attention, our Head of Customer Care contacted you directly to better understand the issue and work towards a resolution. During this conversation, you advised that you had been mis-sold the item by a salesperson; however, no details of any sales interaction could be provided, and the order itself was placed directly through our website without requiring staff assistance.
We subsequently requested a video demonstrating the issue so we could investigate further. While a file link was later provided, the file is currently locked and inaccessible. We have contacted you twice requesting viewing permission, but at present we are still unable to access the footage.
We remain willing to investigate and assist further, however we do require access to the videos or for them to be sent via an alternative method so that we can properly assess the concerns raised.

Purchased a Bodymax Tr200 through Dominic at the Nottingham shop. Was after one that wouldn’t take up too much room, but also had some good features on still. I was recommended this treadmill by Dominic and the staff at Nottingham. Really pleased with the treadmill, I’m now running through Cornwall on the Kinomaps. Highly recommend this store.
