I communicated quite a bit with Callum…
I communicated quite a bit with Callum who was very helpful. I live in Guernsey Channel Islands and he sorted the shipping and because we are UK VAT exempt he sorted that to.
I was a bit tentative in ordering but he was patient and helped me decide without being at all pushy (very important to me, I do not like being pushed and would have gone elsewhere).
Looking forward to its arrival.

I found them online looking for a…
I found them online looking for a kettlebell.
I then remembered that there was a Fit shop just around the corner, so i walked in the door, asked the assistant for a 12kg kettlebell and he took me straight to the one i was looking at online.
I remember the days when the internet did not exist and you had no option other than to go to the shop, which i much prefer.
Great service, very friendly and would highly recommend.

Phil attended to my needs and boy did…
Phil attended to my needs and boy did he serve. As someone who is neurodivergent, he approached me in a manner that made me feel safe and comfortable around his presence as dealing with people is an imposing task for myself. Great customer service
Customer service is amazing, I had Phillip help me out in getting some equipment and he was able to answer any and every question I had - which was a lot! I didn’t feel pressured, just reassured in what I was aiming to buy. Will be back again!
