Do not understand the negative reviews… our mirror arrived within 2 days over the Christmas period and is perfect - measurements exactly as ordered, no scratches, call prior to delivery and a careful safe delivery! Highly recommend.

Mirrors arrived in a reasonable time (less than expected) and the delivery driver took the time to carry it all inside the door. Mirrors arrived without any damage, fit perfectly and look great!

Also communication during the process (cutting, delivery expected, etc) was good.

As a craftsman, I have been using this company for the last 3 years...my "go to" for beautiful mirrors to the millimetre. The website is very user friendly. The mirror and delivery prices are competitive. The product is made and sent out quickly. A very professional company with a personal touch. Good communication with the delivery man from FMG, and he helped me carry a huge mirror in to the house because he was concerned. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you FMG.

Terrible service, ovoid! Time wasters and rude.
I asked them to replace the mirror full size of the door. They requested a lot of pictures, emails for quotations, never replied to anything. Then told me they didn’t have time for quotation and they wouldn’t do the job because it’s too risky, without even looking at the full videos I have sent. Talked to me i respectfully and unapologetically and then started telling I was rude. Really unprofessional behaviour! Ovoid if you don’t want to west your time

Excellent quality mirror and really quick service.

Only a couple of minor things:

During the online payment, it offered a discount for using the "super" payment service - you don't get a discount on your order, you get a potential discount on potential purchases in the future. You do, however, get a load of spam from "Super".

The delivery is "kerbside delivery". The driver was most put out that I wanted him to help me carry the mirror inside the building. The mirror had no protective covering at all so was at risk of damage until it came to its final resting place.

Excellent service and product quality. Only negative was I didn't know when it was being delivered.

Hi All good, helpful when I ordered delivered when they said, direct to my furniture maker. Delivery guy had a bit of trouble finding the furniture makers unit (everybody does) delivery guy called my contact number and found the workshop. beveled mirrors spot on

NO information or communication regarding a delivery for a basic order for a mirror. Emails sent and calls made no delivery date provided.
Extremely poor standard of customer services.

Damaged mirror installation. The mirror arrived and was installed very dirty. They told me not to touch it for 24 hours. When I did clean it there was a very deep scratch. They were good sending someone to check. However the specialist said the scratch was too deep to correct and taking the mirror down would cause damage to the wall and they cannot take responsibility for the damage. I paid £407 for a scratched mirror! No courtesy or compensation! Definitely NOT Recommended from me.

I was quoted similar price elsewhere, but lead time was over two weeks.
My one from order to delivery was only 4 days, given it is non standard sized mirror.
The only thing I do not agree with it is the delivery charge, which I find a bit excessive. However after a quick phone call I found out I can go and pick in person , should I wish(others do not allow one to pick up).
Eventually I paid the delivery.
All good.

First class from order to collection. Their website is very user friendly. The mirror was made very promptly and John who i spoke with about the collection arranged for the mirror to be ready to load up at 07:00. Guys in the workshop helped me load up. The mirror itself was exactly to my measurements and perfectly finished. These guys wont be a pain in the glass, more the reflection of perfection :-)

Excellent product BUT no communication regarding delivery, except a call 2 minutes beforehand to confirm address. No packaging on the mirror - which was very large, and given no warning of delivery left us in a very difficult position with regards to handling and storage. Most suppliers inundate you with delivery emails - FM&G, you need to follow suit. That said, the mirror is fantastic!

Easy to order and a quality product for a reasonable price. Delivery was good; the driver was very helpful and gave me plenty of time to check for damages (there were none).
