This company is a SCAM. Material is terrible, all the reviews that are above a one star were all done on the same day (FAKE REVIEWS). I’ve been trying to return my leggings for WEEKS, and they cannot give me an address to return. The address they first sent was incomplete and nonexistent. The second address was to a random business that doesn’t even answer their phones. I’ve had a terrible experience with this company.

If I could give this zero stars then I would. They contacted me on Instagram through one of their accounts to be an ambassador, so I text the main account to ask if this account was connected and it was. I then received my 50% off code as promised and placed my order. As soon as I placed my order and they saw that I had they stopped answering my messages, so I emailed the customer service team and it took them 8 days to answer. It has been over 3 weeks and I still have not received my order very frustrated I feel like I have been completely scammed as they took my money, didn’t send me my order and didn’t answer my messages. MASSIVE SCAM PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM

They contacted me asking to buy on fitzeri.com to be their ambassador, I saw the site and the goods seemed pretty nice to me .. I ordered and received a 50% discount they promised me. After placing the order, I found a suit equal to the one I ordered from them at half the price. Consequently, I asked for the cancellation of the order the next day, they replied two days later asking me the reason, I replied specifying that I was waiting for news and confirmation, they always replied two days later on Saturday saying that the order was already left in the morning (strange since couriers do not collect on Saturday), and that I should have waited for the arrival of the package for a refund. Absurd since I canceled it almost a week before. Tell me if it's a serious company! Leave it alone, better Aliexpress!

I am forced to give a star because it is the minimum, but I would give it 0 if I could.
The site is badly made, there is no customer service and the merch are identical to that of aliexpress and wish.
Bad experience, I don't recommend it to anyone.

SCAM!!!!!!! I payed $60 for a product I never received! A complete scam!! DONT BE A FOOL!

Please please be aware of this scumbags !!!! Worst customer service ever! Do not believe anything they say to you! They just want your money and will send you some crap looking clothes, for the price you paying there’s more decent clothes around than this cheap shi*t from China. Ordered two items , and only one arrived under two the same tracking number. When I got it, I couldn’t believe the small cheap looking bag it arrived in. And only one item, paid 72£ for some cheap quality looking clothes that weren’t even looking like on the pictures and with holes inside. After contacting them and sending the pictures they offered to send another one and the one that was missing, even though I was insisting of just wanting a refund . It was going on for weeks and me saying that I will report them for fraud till they actually said to send it back to them and only then they will give me my money back . They couldn’t even give me the right return address, then on the address instead of it saying China they said Chine. You can only see what kind of morons you have to deal with. So after finally send it all back and email it them the proof they’ve stopped communicating with me. So I had no choice but to report them to the fraud department and finally got my money back. I hope someone will finally do something about them and their website on Instagram . Please report them everywhere you can!!!!! They are not legit company!!!!!

Thet dont delivered my packege after 2 monthes since they accept my order, moreover they didn't answer after that... only charged me for nothing!
Dont order anything from that scam company!

Items from China, paid 140 euros for 3 products. One wasn't delivered and two were of really bad quality. Such a disappointment.
