Terrible service, phoned up 3 days after purchasing clear lacquer and still had not sent the product out so asked for a refund. If I could give zero stars I would.

Before I placed an order I emailed to see if customer collection was available. I received an email immediately in the affirmative. I placed an order and said when I was collecting. I had an email straightaway confirming order was ready to collect.
