I found the website easy to use. The contact and support I had re the process was very helpful and booking and paying was easy.
The person who came to replace my windscreen was very professional and helpful. I am very glad I chose this company and will recommend them to friends and family.

Very polite technician that did a great job of replacing my broken door window

Replacement of tinted side window (due to a stone from mower). Came to house - rang up after 6pm on the Monday and they did the job approx 11am on the Wednesday (Autoglass at home would have been over a week later and £40 more expensive). Cleaned out car thoroughly and did a good job of replacing the window,
Overall very pleased.

Good communication with updates of when the technician would be with me. When he arrived he was courteous and efficient and my car was back on the road two weeks quicker than if I’d used my insurers recommended company.

Got an initial call that sounded like it was AI, pretty obvious. They rang again later and I honestly couldn’t tell if it was a real person or not.

Then quoted me £2,376 for a windscreen repair and kept pushing payment plans. Every other quote I got was between £650 and £800.

I’d be wary.

Kez was absolutely incredible, professional, polite and explained everything to me so clearly, I have an MOT at the end of the month and trying to find someone to do the job at a reasonable price was becoming a nightmare but Kez reassured me that it would be done in 10 minutes and he was right, I’m so grateful to Kez and FixGlass for helping me through this process. I will always come back to you in the future if myself or anyone i know needs you!

The job was well done. The fitter done a good job on the window on the drivers side , Mr kadean was polite and kept me up to date, informed me of what time he would arrive, overall Mr kadean and the company is a great company reckoned to use

The only negative I experienced with the company is the technician was running late which sometimes it can happen, however, because he was late we expected to be updated on the situation however it was the opposite. On the other hand, the technician Lincoln was very polite when he arrived; he was obediant and understanding and we recommend him very much to another customer or anyone who works with him. He made the experience very relaxing and enjoyable despite the problem feeling drastic at first and we enjoy having him and have high regards for him.

Colin the technician was superb. Very professional and explained everything. He did an amazing job.

The call handler on the other hand who told me that I should have used common sense because it was torrential rain and wind so the work could not be carried out on the day booked, was not an ideal experience.
I was told that in future if it is raining to go with the technician to my local multi story car park to do the job.
I do not think after paying £946 for a new windscreen that I should have to drive to my local multi story car park for the work to be done, as if the car park would allow this! Baring in mind that at 8am I messaged FixGlass to alert them of the weather & if acknowledged the job could have been re-scheduled.

Very good customer service job was done quick and efficient will recommend anyone else to use this service and will use again myself in future 👍🏿

Vinh was superb! His professional attitude is most definitely an asset to any company he works with. Personally he is sound, I enjoyed having a chat with him while he was replacing the windscreen, thank you Vinh.

Excellent service from Fix Glass. I was kept well informed about arrival times and how long the job would take, which made everything really smooth and stress-free. The team were friendly and professional throughout.

I’ll admit I was slightly sceptical at first because the reviews almost seemed too good to be true—but they absolutely lived up to them.
