Wide range of choice. Prompt packing and delivery.
A few too many emails after the purchase though and delivery a bit expensive for small quantities.
That said, I would definitely go back if I needed similar items.

Regarding the delivery charge for under 1kg, we don’t do minimum pack sizes, so you can order exactly what you need, but that does mean we’re often packing one or two bolts by hand, which still takes time, labour and protective packaging. We never aim to make a profit on postage - we just try to cover our costs without hiding them in the product prices.
We’ll also take the feedback on our emails on board, although I can see that you have only received a single newsletter from us in the 2 months your review, so hopefully you've now had chance to see that we very rarely send salesy emails after updating your on your order etc.
With that said, I'm please it didn’t put you off too much, and we’d be glad to help next time you need anything. Best wishes

It took almost a week from order to…
It took almost a week from order to arrival. I went for same day despatch. I was told it was arriving on Saturday, then notified it was arriving later Saturday. Eventually turned up on Monday. Had to buy elsewhere.

Hi Jeremy, it was me who you spoke to on the phone who advised you that you had chosen 3-5 working day delivery, and I said that hoped the courier would still get your order to you on Saturday (2 working days after placing your order + 1 weekend day), although this was out of my control.
I have just checked the tracking information to see that your order arrived within 4 working days, even with the courier taking longer than we would expect.
With that said, I’m sorry that your order took longer to arrive than you had hoped for.
It wasn’t until you called chasing your order when it had already left us that we learned you needed express delivery, else we would have arranged this for you before dispatch.
I know that unfortunately we couldn’t exceed delivery expectations this time due to a courier delay, but please be assured that our dedicated team take our commitment to prompt deliveries very seriously and exceeding expectations is always our aim.

Can't fault this company
This company has great customer service as my parcel was delivered damaged all the bolts were there and the damaged package was not due to any fault by fixabolt. The deliver was quick to say it was standard delivery. I'm also happy with the product I ordered, I will definitely be using this company for future products

Hi Ian, as you did not opt in to email marketing, I assume you are referring to your order's dispatch notification and ETA updates (from the courier).
We often hear that customers like to get dispatch and delivery updates so they can plan their projects accordingly, but I understand if they were a bit much for your needs.
When people do opt in to emails, we actively avoid sending them frequently, as we know how annoying these can be.
