As discussed, we dispatched your order the same day it was placed. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the delivery address, which meant your parcel couldn't be delivered as expected.
I was happy to offer replacement fixings free of charge, but I completely understand that you'd already sourced them elsewhere by that point.
I'm sorry we didn't get the chance to put things right this time. Hopefully you'll consider giving us another opportunity the next time you're in the market for fixings.
