Very Bad Experience, I was Mistreated
At first, everything was fine, they were very cordial, polite and helpful. I installed the screen and it looked great but two days later, horizontal lines started to appear. I texted them and was told immediately, this was physical damage; then, the wheels fell off. I told them that such a response and quick denial on responsibility was not a way that companies that offered good service should react and then, the call. I was called and told the call was being recorded and then I was berated, I tried to converse and was told "I am talking, you can talk after I have finished!". I asked why he was talking to me as if he were a scolding father and he responded "BECAUSE YOU ARE ACTING LIKE A CHILD!" Now it may be true that I could have sent the phone (by mail) to them outside of my home province, (apparently they have had issues in Quebec) and it may very well be true that the phone was physically damaged but would not a more customer centric response be "hopefully this is a software issue, let's try a few things to confirm"? After being called a child, I hung up, I do not need to be spoken to in that manner after spending hundreds of dollars and finally I was texted, "please do not contact again", wow! Do not buy from this company, they are rude and disrespectful and their behavior belies an attitude of arrogance and egotism that was disturbing to me. Whatever their response here, do not think that you will matter as a costumer, they have 3.2 stars (I think that is very generous) for a reason and it is not because they want to give you the best treatment and service possible. By the way, I will be posting my complaint(s) on as many sites as possible. Thanks for motivating me FixFactory!
Look at their response below, threats, denial, aggression, deflection and falsehoods. I never, I repeat never, uttered or wrote anything obscene or abusive. Responding in this manner is abusive and to tell a customer to grow up! I believe they are the ones who should grow up. Take heed folks, if you buy something from FixFaxtory and have a complaint, they may threaten legal action. I defy them to post any obscenities I said or wrote, they won't because there are none. The long winded response is a distraction, they think that if someone takes the time to write something that long, they must be right. They also have a habit of threatening legal action, look at other negative reviews, it is their habit, sounds a lot like the 45th President of the US, unbelievable! Imagine someone telling you to grow up on line, in this type of site. Shame on you and your thin skin, it seems by the response that they may have a lot of experience responding to complaints but very little experience in showing contrition or compassion.
