Shipped to me a $4.36 non essential and non urgent parts order that I could drive to my local Hunter Douglas dealer and pick up, using overnight air courier costing me $92.62 shipping. When I complained they refused to issue a credit claiming it was my fault. Be very wary l!!!!

Stellar! I had purchased a very expensive Levolor blind what was delivered to me without the necessary brackets. After 4 weeks of frustration dealing with Levolor I finally gave up and found Fix My Blinds. What Levolor couldn't deliver in 4 weeks, Fix my Blinds delivered in just 3 days!!! I have placed several orders for hard-to-find parts to repair the aging blinds in my apartment. Shipping is a bit expensive, but very fast and the parts fit and function perfectly.

New home had 24+ yr old Levolor blinds (Riviera horizontal faux wood) in excellent condition, sans most of the tilt levers and wands. The plastic mechanism on the tilt levers were broken/failing due to the extreme heat (where you attach the wand) and many wands were missing. A $130 investment saved me from replacing perfectly good blinds on 15 blinds. What a money saver!! Product shipped the next day and arrived early (Colorado to California). I'm definitely investing in some more tilt levers (~$20) to extend the life even longer. No more paper clip fixes from the previous (MacGyver-his words) owner. In these times I needed to save the money. Thank you Fix (SAVE) My Blinds. :-)

I placed an order on September 30. My order is still sitting in the post office in Colorado Springs (if the tracking is real). Fix My Blinds charges a lot for basic shipping and the delivery date to my home was supposed to be 5 -7 days. It is now day 7 and my order still shows as at the post office awaiting acceptance! I just filed a complaint with the Postal Service to see what's actually going on. I want to know if the package is really there or if I have been scammed shopping on-line with a bogus company.

FixMyBlinds was a lifesaver ! The part I needed had been discontinued - but hey have a duplicate done in stamped steel that is WAY better than the original. Fit perfectly - half and hour and job done. Cant say thanks enough !
