Very good customer service
Very good customer service. Had a minor (possibly damage by courier) issue which was resolved with a replacement item next day. Good communication with sales team.

Excellent service
I ordered an item I was familiar with. The price was cheaper than the big competitor and included free delivery. Order sent Thursday PM arrived the next day AM. Can't fault the service and will defintely be using again.

Bad battery
Bought a new battery just over a month ago. Battery is leaking acid had to clean up my bike. Checked the charge it’s lost 20% overnight being inside when charged. Had no response from the company.

Reasonably Priced Car Tyre Pump
Although I ordered the Tyre pump very close to New Year's Eve, I received it a couple of days later which I think, is very fast and good service. I haven't used the Pump yet as my tyres were pumped up to their correct pressure already, but I'll give it a try as soon as I can to check it's okay/working. I really needed this product for when I travel far away from home.

Not what I ordered
Ordered turtlewax colour magic new formula as pictured on advert. When it arrived it was the old formula. Could have bought old formula elsewhere cheaper. Got in touch, they apologised and a refund was given very quickly. I didn't get all my money back they took off the postage, so it still cost me money for something I didn't want. I feel they should have refunded all of my money .
