I ordered a 40 inch bungee rebounder which arrived in good time (that's the 1*). To actually put it together was impossible. I appreciate that the tension needs to be strong but my husband, who has strength, was unable to stretch the rebounder. I called and was told they would send me a video to watch......it never came so I called again......it never came....so I called again. I was told by Ben that he had forgotten and would send it. I said I expected to receive it within the hour else I would be leaving a bad review....and guess what, I haven't received it so am forced to write this. In my opinion the rebounder is for a 40 inch frame but a 48 inch frame has been sent. To escalate this and return I have to send photos before it can be returned foc else I have to pay for the return. BE WARNED.

Following on..... once I looked into these trampolines I had ordered one of the tools recommended in the response before I had a reply and it was delivered today from Amazon. The video was useful, although totally in Asian, and the tool was also a godsend. In conclusion, once this is made up it is a nice rebounder but, in my opinion, it should have one of these tools in the kit and also a link to the video should be automatically forwarded. I have adjusted my rating to 4* to show the positive final outcome.

I received a walking pad that was faulty. I spoke to the team at fksports over the phone and provided a video over email to show this. They were quick to respond and were able to provide me with a full working replacement that has arrived less than 1 week after the original walking pad arrived. They were helpful and sympathetic and I thought their handling of the situation was brilliant and made it as stress free for me as possible! The new walking pad is great, thankyou.

Bought an exercise bike, used less than 10 times before the resistance and emergancy stop thread and nut cross threaded, definitely cheap materials and a manufacturer fault, however the company claim this is wesr and tear.

The online and phone support is terrible every day your told to wait 24 hours for a response.

Forced to get a charge back through payment method for a refund.

I purchased 24 EVA mats from FKSports and had a great experience. Their customer service was extremely helpful, and communication was excellent—they replied to messages almost immediately, which made the whole process smooth and reassuring.

Delivery was originally estimated at 48 hours, but my order actually arrived in less than 24 hours, which was a fantastic surprise. Overall, I’m very impressed with both the service and efficiency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

Through no fault of the company the little trampoline couldn't be put together. I contacted them and asked for advice. I got a very prompt reply and within 24 hours they had a new one in the post to me.
Their customer service is superb :) easy to contact, courteous, reactive and prompt, and much appreciated.

The trampoline is fun, it really is. It took a fair bit of effort to get the bungee cords all onto the frame, but once on, it's rock solid stable. The whole thing feels sturdy and the handle/safety bar is a reassurance.

The instructions are clear, everything is supplied (I recommend a tent peg puller to make it easier to hook the bungees though) the delivery was really quick, the tracking was accurate, and it was all at an excellent price too :D

It also came with a suggested list of exercises at the back of the instructions.
It has surprised me how much exercise I'm getting just bouncing on it; it even gets me out of breath, and as I said, it's fun :)

I bought the trampoline after reading about trampolining for seniors, that it's good for joints, bone density, balance, heart rate, etc., but honestly, I reckon kids would love this.

All in all, it's a really good buy, and I am happy to leave five stars for everything :)

Had a great service this week from these guys. I ordered the wrong bar and customer services amended my order and was all received two days after purchase. Prices are very good and the quality of the equipment is excellent. I won’t go anywhere else for my gym equipment now I have found these guys. I had issues with assembling the exercise bike because I could not find the cable mentioned in the instructions. I e mailed them on Saturday expecting to get a reply on Monday. However Sitar replied immediately and solved my problem. He was helpful, polite and efficient.

I purchased a 10 ft trampoline for my grandson for Christmas 2025. By early February 26 4 tabs that hold the spring to mat tore off. Photos taken and a replacement mat was sent. This arrived March 26.

By end of March 26 more tabs had ripped and the trampoline unusable . More photos taken and the company say fair wear and tear because my 8 yr old grandson was not jumping in the middle of the mat . He’s 8. Less than a month old mat should not ripped off.

I have check my neighbours trampolines and their tabs are a lot sturdier and wider.

A refund was requested which was denied. I have contacted trading standards to check the trampoline and will be asking my bank for a reverse payment.

So terribly disappointed with this company from start to finish. Firstly, our trampoline arrived after the birthday for which it was purchased last August. When we eventually got it, a week late, we started putting it together, only to find it had two parts missing. These were promised next day delivery but ended up taking four days. We have used the trampoline for the months of September, a couple of weeks in October, March and April, and suddenly a spring snapped off. A few days later, another spring came off. It was the tab which had become undone. The only way to fix this is with an industrial sewing machine and yet the company has suggested we sew it ourselves. They have offered no reimbursement, no offer to have the tabs fixed, so now we have a dangerous trampoline which I have to report to reading standards. Really poor customer service. And dangerous equipment. Please don’t hit their trampolines.

I bought the walking pad, foldable under-desk treadmill and I'm a massive fan. Just what I need in the living room for those days I can't get to the gym. Excellent service and the fastest delivery I've ever received from a company. Would definitely buy again from FK Sports.

I purchased a 7ft barbellbar,it was delivered and left on my doorstep.I only know this from the picture they sent me.Unfortunatly I dont have a video doorbell,but this company says I do.This can clearly be seen on a picture they sent me.I never received it and can't get a refund.Beware anyone thinking of buying from these..
