Ik heb dat voor een tijdje bij u besteld en vind het heel mooi.En nu heb ik dat voor vrienden gekocht als cadeau voor hun verjaardag .

I am very pleased with my products I bought from you, they were safely delivered, although the first delivery did not make it through customs the problem was resolved quickly. A discount was given. As one of the items were a birthday gift, but arrived to late to give on their birthday so the discount did help compensate this. I would definitely order from this site again as I have no problems with the product as far as I know I have not used them yet as one is a gift which I will give to my friend on Saturday.

Spent so long on their website, as I couldn't decide what to buy. Very quick delivery, packaging from the company was really good, a shame that DPD made a complete mess of delivering to us - luckily Flaemme had packed our parcel so well otherwise it would have been damaged. I didn't get the item I originally ordered but said I would keep what I received as I loved the colour. Good communication when I needed to contact them about a query. Would definitely recommend.

I too was affected by having my delivery returned to sender. When I raised the issue I received an immediate response from customer services informing me in detail what had happened. Evidently this was an issue with the courier and out of the company’s control. I was offered a full refund or 20% discount, a small gift and for my parcel to be resent straight away. I opted for the latter option as the item is for a present and perfect.
Flamme took responsibility and acted very promptly. They clearly did as much as they could under the circumstances.
Milan at customer services was outstanding.
Having read the 2 earlier postings on this issue I hope I have provided some balance and fairness. I understand everyone affected by this issue received the same communication as me.
I would certainly use Flamme again based on my experience.

Really pleased with my tabletop bioethanol fire. There was a slight delivery delay due to a supplier change, which wasn’t the company’s fault, but their customer service was excellent throughout. They handled everything quickly and professionally and kept me informed. I’m very happy with the product and glad I waited — definitely worth it!

Ordered from this company, item never arrived- was returned to sender.
Tried to contact company, whilst tracking item- no response.
If you live outside Netherlands I would avoid making a purchase unless you want the stress of chasing a response/ refund.

I would give zero stars if able. Paid for the items. They never arrived. Tracking stated returned to sender. No contact from the company and no refund given

I ordered a tabletop fireplace from Flaemme and everything went smoothly. Delivery was fast and the product was well packed. The fireplace looks exactly like on the website and is easy to use. Within minutes you have a real flame without smoke or smell. It adds instant atmosphere and feels safe on the table. Communication was clear. I would order here again.
