I have been using this company for 6 years now. I initially started by hiring cars. Brilliant professional service with no hidden charges - really is great.
However the company really came into their own when we decided to keep a car in Spain. We have used this facility for the last three years and the service we have received has been nothing short of perfect!! Polite, professional, friendly, prompt… the list goes on to describe the service every time we drop or pick up at Alicante airport. As for the support offered by Ana at the desk….we’ll it is perfect!! And no matter what time our flight is, we are always welcomed with a smile at the airport.We constantly challenge her with last minute queries, but nothing is ever too much trouble!! Good customer service is so hard to come by theses days, but Flamenca manage to consistently exceed our expectations. Cannot recommend their services high enough- both care hire and airport parking to anyone coming to Alicante or Murcia!!

I use the parking with these guys at Corvera . I flew in 17th June , with disabled mother . Nothing was too much trouble for them. If only all Car hire , was as good as these guys . I would recommend both car hire and parking . 5 Stars guys and office staff are fantastic too.

I use Flamenca for airport parking. They offer an exceptional service. Everyone is always super helpful. They are really efficient and informative. Ana is amazing and everyone else are always friendly and reliable. If there are any issues with the car they resolve them really quickly with great quality work and service. Highly recommend

We have hired cars with Flamenca for many years and found them 100% excellent every time. More recently we have started using their airport parking as we have bought our own car and their service and communication is impeccable.

I have just returned from Murcia, whilst there I rented a car from Flamenca, from start to finish it was the best experience I have had from any Car Rental company.
All was explained and made as easy as possible, I did have cause to call them to arrange a later car return and this was handled quickly and courteously.
If I need to rent a car either at Murcia or Alicante Airport my first choice will be Flamenca.

Just to say thank you to very good customer service, vehicle lovely to driver .Got to say we had the vehicle for 17 days from 31st August to September 17th. We had a delay at Gatwick Airport to Murcia Airport on flying out on August 31st 2022 evening flight. We informed Flamenca Cars of the delay and they were very understanding and were keeping a eye on our Flight. Then just as we were coming into land we were direct to Alicante due to Security reasons. When we landed we contacted Flamenca Cars who said not to worry they would secure the vehicle at Murcia Airport for collection when we were transferred that evening to Murcia Airport by Coach.
When we returned the vehicle on on 17th September we were greeted in very friendly manner by one of there representative and handed the vehicle back after checks Customer service and vehicle was very good. We will be using again.. Thank You Flamenca Cars !

I've just used Flamenca Cars from Corvera Airport for the first time. I cant speak highly enough about them, what a positive, hassle free experience from start to finish. All paperwork completed on line before travelling, staff member was there to meet me with the vehicle which was clean and in excellent condition, full clear instructions on pickup and drop off, inclusive pricing and friendly comprehensive service. Their level of customer service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Flamenca cars, I will definitely be using you again.

No problems and great service.
So far away from the other companies who seems to make a living of charging you damage you are not responsible for and waste your time.
Excellent service at Flamenca, they deliver the car directly to the parking and leave the keys to you -done!
Same thing when you return the car, no waiting for a inspection, just leave the keys and the car and you're done.
The only downside is that their customer service can be hard to reach sometimes.

If you want hassle free car hire with no hard sell for extras (its all in) then this is the company for you. Full insurance is included so for the risk averse, what you see is what you pay

We have just returned from Sucina and used Flamenca Cars on the recommendation of our Villa owners Paul / Jayne. This company was first class, absoloutely No hidden extras. We were met at the Airport eventually (my fault) we had walked right buy the chap with the Flamenca Cars top on, LOL but he was still very cheerful handing over the keys, even though he was last to leave the Airport. Will have no hesitation using this company again next year, Thank you.

Had my. Flights to murcia cancelled this year for our family holiday. Had a car booked with flamenca cars and they have credited my account with my. Deposit for nxt year as we visit every year, book with confidence at flamenca cars

We have have used Flamenca many times over the last few years.

Their service is the best available at Alicante Airport. Quick, hassle free pick up and drop off.

In the past couple of days they’ve gone over and above with their customer service which I have really appreciated. Nothing has been too much trouble.

Would definitely recommend Flamenca Cars.

Have used this company a number of times over the years when visiting this area, sadly, they are now not operating due to Covid-19 and unable to provide the hire car. BE aware they will not refund any part of the full amount already paid - very disappointed.

Hired a car last minute. Have to say it was so eas and they were very helpful all the way through. Driver was there when we got off the plane. All in all an excellent service, no hidden extras or extortionate extras to pay for, we will definitely be using them again in June.

Excellent service. All paperwork completed on line before travelling and car waiting for us on arrival.
Change in our pick-up location, after last minute flight cancellation, was well handled by the company for a reasonable charge.
