I recently noticed that this company had taken some funds from my account. I did register with the company due to cost of living however I never proceeded with any order. I contacted them but never got a reply. Even though I left a communication email. This has still happened another few times. Even though after so much persistent emails and telephone calls I received a email from them that this would never happen again. Yet again it’s happened. Avoid at all cost . Phone all to trading standards and cab this morning

Wow I'm so glad iv read these reviews!!! Iv been gettin emails saying iv got £23 if free food and when iv clicked on the link its not showing the free hamper just showing I have to pay for products. I never put my bank details in which now reading these I'm glad I didnt theyve Give me £100 to spend but now I'm defo not going there... thank u for the reviews I hope ppl read these to not get sucked in...

Was sent an email with offers for cordless mini vac.just right for kids rooms and the cars.clicked on link and no such items existed,just a scam email to get you onto their site

I ordered 2 battery operated quad bikes. When they finally arrived not only were they not the equivalent as I was told they were too small and When I looked them up they were cheaper. FLAVA REFUSED TO REFUND PRICE DIFFERENCE WORSE STILL SAID THEY COULD NOT BE RETURNED UNTIL I WOULD NOT GIVE IN SAID OK BUT I WOULD BE CHARGED SO MUCH I WOULD ONLY BE REFUNDED AROUND £20.

My next order was delivered was delivered almost a month late but MOST OF IT WAS MISSING. I called them sent pictures of boxes. NOW THEY KEEP ASKING ME FOR REST OF PAYMENTS AND THREATENING DEBT COLLECTORS.
THIS IS AFTER AGREEING TO REMOVE COST OF MISSING ITEMS. I HAD TO HAVE THEM BLOCKED FROM CONSTANTLY TRYING TO GET MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. LUCKILY I HAD THE EMAILS I SCREENSHOT AND SENT TO BANK.

I WOULD HAPPILY USE THE FOOD SECTION AGAIN IF ONLY THEY WOULD REVIEW THE ORDER PROMISED DISCOUNTS. IF I DO OWE ANYTHING AFTER THAT THEN OF COURSE I WILL PAY.

Hi all I've been sent all these emails saying I have qualified for a 500 limit,is this a scam? As I'm a single mum and sounds too good to be true theyve said I have 100 free! Can you let me know before I respond to this x

They went to my account and take 29.99 in January and then in March 9.99 I have to see my account again if they being taken without am realising out of order

They are unprofetional while on the phone i enquired about my order its not been sent so i ordered again same issuse i phoned up woman with an attitude answers and say must be your bank no its your incompitance love... i wound not recomend this service ill order ir from else where since this company cant be bothered

I never agreed to a membership yet they took 29.99 pounds of my account! Tried to contact them by telephone, and email but no reply. The watchdog must investigate this company. The money was for my son's bus pass, even my bank did not back me up! I am 100 % sure that I never agreed to a membership! Which lengths this company goes to take advantage of people. Someone must stop them! Not sure if the police can do anything! I feel that you do not have where to turn!

Rubbish. Stock Is miniature versions of full price products. ,. Can buy most of this cheaper and bigger else where. Example: jammie Dodgers,. Think it's s full pack? No it's a cafe' pack with 2 biscuits in.!! Half the items I ordered are missing. Would never ever buy again. Con. Crisps and other soft items at bottom and crushed. Very bad experience. Waste of money.

First off, when I walked in I was pat searched by a male top flight security officer and as a FEMALE that is wrong. Secondly, let me just say they nasty as hell in there. From the servers attitude on up to the manager. They were rude and couldn’t give an explanation on what was taking so long nor the reason I was pat searched. I would NOT recommend anyone to go here at all. If it’s the last resort, go to a hookah lounge.

Taken 29.99 put of my account!!? Haven't purchased anything from them. Simply opened an account. I have contacted them to close this account immediately to avoid taking any more money. It seems very unethical to be targeting people who have little money for food and taking near enough £30 from them for simply having an account

Flava online supermarket. Took 29.99 out of my bank account . This is half of my benefit money. I have tried to no avail to get this back . Someone has to stop them .I have read this 8_10 times in 15mjbs that's £400 that I know about . Ffs . why take so called membership money 😡 from people already struggling.

I wouldn’t even give one star but won’t allow me to leave it out!!! Avoid with all costs. Taken £29.99 out of my account and will not refund as they said they can’t find payment in there system even though I shown them a screenshot of my bank statement. Getting in touch with my bank as it will be classed as fraud if no refund is in my bank by end of the week!!

The require a quarter of the cost paid upfront, then they deliver the shopping and take the three quarters remaining over 3 weeks. They perform no credit checks so anyone can use the service. I recommend them to anyone.
