Flemingcarpets Opiniones

Wanted LVT for our flat and chose Fleming as they had been recommended by family. James was brilliant and allowed us to take a large shop sample home so that we could get a good idea of what it would like instead of small samples from larger retailers. Ordered less than a week ago and delivered today which is great as the shipment came from Belgium. It was like a breath of fresh air dealing with James as opposed to larger companies...he's very knowledgeable and obliging and a real asset to the Company. I think it's important to support local business and I won't hesitate in going to them again in the future.

Excellent customer service. Prompt, polite, helpful. Laying of floor perfect. Have used for more than 25 years and can’t recommend highly enough.

We recently decided to change our stair and upper hall carpet after much debate as the carpet in place had been down at least 20 years and wasn’t worn at all. The colour just wasn’t for us. So, we asked Fleming carpets to come out and give us a quote and also identify the carpet already on the stairs as we wanted the same quality. They did that and could easily identify the carpet in place. They provided quotes for three different carpets at varying prices including our current carpet. They allowed us to bring samples home to check the shade with the lighting in our hall. We chose the carpet and then did have to wait around 8 weeks for fitting. In our opinion, the wait was worth it as it really didn’t matter how good the carpet was if it wasn’t fitted perfectly. We had received assurances from Flemings about the fitting and felt confident. The fitter arrived as promised on our long awaited date and we are just so delighted. Our carpet is beautiful, it’s the same quality as we had before, and it’s been fitted perfectly. The carpet fitter was excellent, clearly had years of experience and absolutely knew what he was doing. I would definitely recommend Flemings of Rutherglen as they’re professional and delivered what they promised.

We ordered carpets for our landings and staircases from Fleming Carpets and Flooring in Rutherglen, and we have been really pleased with this purchase. The staff in the shop were helpful and professional, and the carpet layer did a very good job. We love the colour and the quality and we would definitely order from this company again.

Went in to browse carpets in the Rutherglen branch for my new house and was shown around by a lovely sales assistant called James. Had a few ideas of what I wanted and he made sure I seen all options of colours and types of carpets- nothing seemed a hassle. Ended up purchasing even thought it was meant to be a browse around. Would definitely recommend

It's a year since we had the carpets in place and I am writing to say how the money spent with Fleming Carpets was the best money we spent.

The value for money, professionalism and service given by this company were wonderful. Everything was a pleasure from start to finish, and it was a thrill to see the carpets in place.

Also, ours was a difficult job - including a huge staircase that needed a lot of work.

The quote for the work from John Lewis (for comparison) was significantly more expensive, particularly on the fitting (we spent around the same price on the carpets themselves), and the carpet itself from Fleming was of a better quality. Everyone who visits is very complimentary.

So don't look any further.

My husband and I have been renovating our flat for the past year. This past week we finally got to the stage where carpets could be laid.

We went to a number of companies for quotes and ideas, however, Fleming carpets was the one that stood out. A family run business, the owner was straight talking and very attentive to our needs. He wasn't out to get a sale, but rather to find us the best options to meet our needs.

Fleming carpets had a fantastic selection of carpets to choose from. And admittedly while slightly more expensive than another local company, the service was second to none! They fitted around our schedule, worked within our budget and even aired our carpet before bringing it for installation so that there were less fumes for me -as a pregnant woman- to contend with.

The fitters arrived on time and put in 9 hours straight to lay the carpet. They were tidy, professional and super friendly.

And when they left we had a flat that finally looked like a home! I don't think I've smiled so much in a long time!

My husband and I both really rate this company and would readily recommend them to anyone considering new carpets!
