Fletcher's Heating Services just installed an air source heat pump system, new water tank and some replacement radiators on behalf of CB Heating. They were very helpful and gave good advice when we had the survey and did an excellent job of installing our new heating system. I would not hesitate in recommending them. South Herts Electricals also did a great job of the electrical side of the work. We are very happy with our new system.

I had accepted an offer by EDF to have an air-source heat pump installed, and they pointed me to CB Heating who appointed Fletcher's Heating as the installers after a previous installer had proved unsatisfactory. The work involved an external heat pump, connections to a new hot water cylinder, and replacing 8 radiators to conform to the new system. Ben Fletcher immediately spotted that room heating calculations by the previous installer were faulty, produced the corrected results, discussed the alternative radiators, which I agreed, and suggested an alternative route to connect the fan to the HW cylinder which made more sense than that by the previous installer. The entire operation was basically completed in 4 days with the help of the excellent South Herts Electricals, and all testing completed early on the 4th October. They were scrupulously tidy, very pleasant, and explained the system workings patiently to us. I have asked Ben to undertake the annual system service, which he agreed to. I can fully recommend Fletchers Heating, (and also South Herts Electricals).
