Extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Fleur Studios. I spent over $3,000 on what I expected to be high-quality furniture and service, only to receive the wrong tabletop for our dining table. We ordered the Elio Round Large Dining Table in Oak, but were sent Chestnut instead—completely incorrect.

Now we’re left with a 70kg tabletop we didn’t ask for, sitting in the middle of our home, and no dining table to eat on.

Mistakes happen, but for a premium brand, this level of carelessness is unacceptable. There were no adequate checks in place, and I expected far better.

Would not recommend based on this experience.

Great designs and customer service. So happy with my pieces and experience shopping here. Will be back for more soon.

I recently purchase the Cookie table from these guys and I love it! The marble is beautiful and the customer service team were great, especially Jo who was really helpful. Easy to deal with and fast delivery. I highly recommend!

After receiving a large order which I was nervous to make online I could not have better words for these guys! love my Franca side table which I have in the lounge room with the large Calcatta viola plinth coffee table. I have the rosa cookies in one bedroom and two of the walnut bedsides in my main bedroom. Everything arrived perfectly except a Cookie side table which Jo was happy to replace without question. Thank you!

Initially tried to purchase a set of bedside tables ($3,000) after encouragement from customer service and the offer of a discount code, only to be told that style wasn't in stock after paying. Was refunded and reluctantly repurchased an alternative.

Chose another two bedside tables ($1,800), but once we picked them up, noticed one of the drawers doesn't stay closed. Wrote to customer service to request to swap it, and was asked by the owner to provide a video. After doing so, was instructed to remove the drawers and check for any issues myself. After doing that, was asked whether I wanted to be posted replacement railings. Not really a viable solution to take the faulty drawer apart myself and redrill in new railings. Very disappointing.

Beautiful designs, craftsmanship not up to scratch, disappointing customer experience, particularly at the high price point.
