Stuck with potheads

Ok no that’s it gonna work. The first mover got there at 9am the second mover did not show up until after 10. The first mover stated there should have been 3 movers and only 2 showed up late. My sister observed the second mover smoking marijuana in his car before he came to our door. They broke a lamp and blamed it on the wind. My sister had to go to Walmart to buy tools to get the washer hose off. your movers told us just to buy another one. Totally unprofessional and it’s NOT MY fault they ran over. It was a one bedroom apartment and because of your employee incompetence it took longer. I have been waiting for you to resolve this.
I will take further action if need be.

I would like to recognize Flex Moving & Storage for providing an outstanding moving experience during my relocation from California to Arizona.

From the very beginning, Flex did an excellent job coordinating every aspect of the move. The communication was clear, the scheduling process was straightforward, and everything happened exactly as described. There were no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no last-minute issues.

Flex coordinated the transportation through Triple2 Transport LLC, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. The movers were professional, punctual, courteous, and handled my belongings with great care. Everything arrived on time and in excellent condition, with absolutely no damage.

Pickup location moving day

Pickup location - The crew arrived on time. The crew leader came in and did a walk through with me to see my inventory. The crew was very friendly, respectful, and professional. They were careful,quick and efficient. When they finished the crew leader gave me a chance make a final sweep just in case I may have forgotten anything.
The delivery location- again they were on time. Just like the pickup crew, the delivery crew leader came in to see where I wanted things placed. He and the rest of the crew were very friendly,professional,and respectful. They again were quick, careful as they worked.
As a whole Flex Moving and Storage made this whole move painless for me.

DO NOT TRUST THESE CONS AT FLEX

DO NOT TRUST THESE CONS AT FLEX. They showed up with a small tow behind trailer (not a full size truck) towed with one of the movers personal pickup so automatically the job took multiple runs to storage and longer than it should have. The moving guys I liked and they did ok (however someone reeked of Marijuana) Prior to the job I agreed verbally and clearly that I wanted an hourly move rate. FLEX asked me to give them an estimate of how long it would take. To help them manage their time I said up to 6 hours (at the most) but most likely much less. First, they called me in the middle of the move to try and get the bill paid in full before any items were moved off the truck (basically extorting a full payment). Don't they have any idea how stressful the move is? I was literally unloading (because I also helped) when they called. Then wanted to verify the move was almost done (so it took 3 hours). FLEX said they would bill me for the whole 6 hours and said "that's what the contract reads". I said that's not what I agreed to and if you are charging me a full 6 hours regardless than I can find another 3 hours of moving because I have other stuff I can move. "no sir that's not what the contract states" What!!! I hired you hourly!! They acted as if they finished a 6 hour job in three hours and therefore could bill for the full 6. The moving guys were even talking about their next job that day so basically I paid them for 6 hours and (I think) they went on to bill on another job! All I can say is take the two hours and read the contract carefully and disregard any verbal understandings. Follow up...after they saw this review they replied to reach out to them even though I already did and they denied me any refund. They also pointed out they charged me almost a $400 travel fee which is about 3X the going rate for an hourly move with 2 guys. So thanks for pointing that out. WARNING LOOK AT ALL THE DOCUMENTS

A huge thank you to Jeremy and Jeremy "The Jeremies"for doing such an outstanding job with my move! Despite dealing with bad weather throughout the weekend, they remained professional, positive, and hardworking from start to finish.
They arrived on time, handled my belongings with care, and worked efficiently while still taking the time to make sure everything was protected and placed where I wanted it.
The weather could have easily slowed things down, but The Jeremies never missed a beat. Their dedication, attention to detail, and customer service were exceptional. I truly appreciate all of their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable movers.

Flex reached out and resolved the issue I am very happy!!Stephanie is amazing!!!
There is no way I'm paying this, I am very confused about getting an extra charge when one I was mislead on the type of truck would be moving me from the first place, no one never informed me that it was going to be a trailer and one small trailer at that. When you hire a supposed to be moving company you at least start off by letting your customers know that we don't have moving tricks only hot shots which is a truck that pulls a trailer. I spoke with one of your sales guys and he informed me that because of the misleading information that it was going to take two trips for my things because of the size of your trailer and I was not going to be charged anything further because of it. Also your movers that came you had the driver which really shouldn't have been moving anything or anybody he had to rest every time he moved a piece of furniture, the saving grace with everything was his helper which was doing most the work!! My husband which has a bad back had to help the driver/ mover with our couch we also had to move most of our things in a friend's truck due to your so could moving trailer. I've never heard of moving trailers when you are looking for a moving company, they typically come in a truck not freaking trailers the worst experience I've ever encountered in my life. Not another dime I will be informing my friends and family about the services we received.

Please do not book your service with this company, they sent there workers out with nothing loaded in the truck to be able to move me, however the 2 movers did a phenomenal job with little equipment they had , i had to go to U-Haul and rent a dolly, also they quoted me one price and then when the day of the move came they quoted me something else then they tried to charge my card three different times without my knowledge 2x while disputing the charges and one time two weeks later after the move happened very very unprofessional I ask to speak to a manager wasn't no better I would not recommend this company at all Please save your money and go elsewhere

I am disabled and had to emergency move…

I am disabled and had to emergency move my apartment in Miami FL due to a flood and i paid Flex Storage because they said while I was staying with friends waiting for my apartment to be fixed they had a lot storage to hold my items that I could access anytime during days. They never told me where my 2 storage units where located. I have been homeless , on housing wait lists since 2023 , over paying the flex monthly fee , now that I have a need to access my storage , they are DENYING me access and saying they can only drive my units to me at a FEE and cost for miles , instead of letting me bring my items to the location and put something in storage. As I was originally told I would have day access , I am disabled and still homeless staying at varying locations north of Miami. I have emailed Flex and spoken to 2 office people including a very unhelpful "supervisor". This storage unit service is deceptive , over priced, and takes advantage of disabled people and homeless situations. I am dealing with the worst situation and the sales pitch was how easy they would make it for me and now its more fees and more difficulty and refusing to let me access my personal items without paying a fee to them. I dont even have a home or a place for them to drive my units too so they are refusing me access to my units. Absolutely do not trust this company. Who knows where the "secure lots" are as we have zero access to our items once they leave for storage.

Again disappointed

Again disappointed. I wrote a review and explained the overcharge, damage to furniture and other problems. They responded to my review saying they would be in touch. Two weeks later I'm still waiting. Do not use this company!

The overall moving experience was GREAT!!!

The overall moving experience was great!!!! The movers were in and out in about 3hrs or so. They were very professional and was very careful with our furniture. The prices are reasonable too! I'm happy with the service and Flex to away some if the stress that comes with moving by just being great!
