I cancelled the above order within hours of ordering it on 13th July, after two attempts they took the money from my account. They had plenty of time to cancel the order but instead I had to wait for it to be sent to me, just for me to waste my money and time to send it back. I have followed the correct procedure and sent it back. They have received and signed for it on 3rd August. I have still not received a refund and have no goods? Isn't this theft?

A one star rating is one higher than I’d like to have given.
Ordered a cycling helmet and payment was taken instantly. I then received a standard email acknowledgment which appeared legitimate.
It was weeks before a notification came that it was on route, but the tracking seemed a little strange. Anyhow, on the day they stated they’d tried to deliver it we were in and no such attempt was made.
Countless emails asking for an update and no reply came.
After a further few weeks I made a claim though my bank to gave the funds returned.
Very disappointing and a shame I never read the other reviews. Steer well clear.

Ordered a cycling helmet from this company. The chin strap broke the first time I tried it on. After receiving nothing but automated emails concerning returning the item for a refund, I sent the helmet back with a letter explains the situ and asking for a refund.
Still no refund or communication 4 weeks later.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

1 is too much for this company. They have a UK address and a formal complaint to trading standards has now been raised. One item delivered one not. 2 months on and I have had NO correspondence or interaction with them except automated emails. Personally I would avoid this firm

DON'T BUY FROM THEM
Returned item in its original packaging (unopened & unused) by next day guaranteed delivery on 30th June. I'm still awaiting refund £39.99, despite emails to both 'refunds@' and 'complaints@'. Get the same automated response that says please don't resend as it presents more work! No phone number alternative. The original item was significantly delayed, hence I had to source elsewhere, and return Flex Active garment. The level of customer service is appalling, sharing automated 'Coronavirus delays' messages after some 18 months to match up their service to the current climate is extremely poor. Purchase elsewhere in my view, as the company have evidently pocketed my £39.99, it's now been 5 weeks since the return.

Postscript 15th August
Still no contact, no refund and my signed for return to the London returns address remains undelivered. Certainly retain your original goods as you won't get a refund. The scam is at the refund end of the service.

Further update 21st Sept
My return was signed for by 'Caswell' upon collection from Marlow Collection depo 13th July. No refund has followed.

Complete scam - don't use. Wrong sized clothing, OK this happens. Returned as directed, recorded delivery. No contactable phone number to chase refund after 16 days, used credit card complaints procedure to get money back.
This is a 1 woman front business running from London postal address - no phone contact - 'circular' website.

Product arrived and it was the wrong size and a different colour to that as described. Very hard to get in contact with them to rectify the issue and in the end I had to go through my bank to get a refund. Would not recommend.

Insufficient information on the products and how to use them esp one item with the pedals that had no information at all and not even title on the product to be able to seek it on the internet.

I purchased items in March 2021. Just 40% of my orders arrived. Sent numerous emails and messages...no response at all.
AVOID THIS WEBSITE AND THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.
THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IT WILL GO SILENT!!!

This company sells very poor quality items and they DO NOT match the descriptions given. In addition their customer service is non-existant.

My experience: I ordered a '30kg Weighted Vest'. Firstly you have to read the drawn out item description thoroughly to discover that it does not come with any weights. But the big con here is that the item cannot physically hd 30kg. I have other weight vests and a number of inserts for them. I cannot get any to fit this vest and given the size of the weight pockets it wouldn't even be possible to fit 10kgnin even if you used liquid metal. Furthermore given the appealing quality of this vest it couldn't support 30kg even if you could fit it in.

The company said they would give a refund for the item if I returned it at my expense. The issue I'd they want it returned to TURKEY which costs as much ad the item.

MASSIVE CON: YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY.

Appalling.... I ordered in May, money was taken. It’s now the middle of July and my item still hasn’t been dispatched. I waited 3 weeks before chasing. No response. I’ve since lodged two complaints and still no response. I’m going to use my bank to try and effect a refund as there seems little hope of this fraudulent company doing the right thing. Avoid at all cost, would be my advice

I wished i read reviews from here before my purchase! I returned the items due to very poor quality and email them multiple times but just an automated reply. I had proof that they received the item but no refund until now. My card provider is now disputing the transaction. Please AVOID!!!

Avoid at all costs! I generally don't bother with reviews but this company took my money for cycling gear, goods were returned immaculate but I have been chasing refund for 2 months with diminishing hopes.

This is a scam company, over 6 weeks, no response, no order. Shop elsewhere !!

Haven't even got my goods yet but it's been terrible already. This seller is an Azerbaijani lady drop shipping from AliExpress. They hold no stock at all in the UK, everything is shipped from China at 2 or 3 times the price you could buy it directly from AliExpress. I've requested a refund, obviously, but they've not responded. Just buy directly from AliExpress, this company is basically stealing reviews, cloning products and pretending to be based in the UK when it's literally one woman sat on her laptop trying to fleece you. Very disappointed in myself for ever spending money here but I will definitely get a refund from my bank, they're good like that. Avoid, 100%

This is a scam company. An automated company registered to a fake address in Central london. No one accountable for anything. 50% of people giving this company 1 star which tells you all you need to know! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Total ripoff. Wanted to buy a weighted vest, ankle and wrist weights. No weights included. Payed over 70 quid for some straps and a crappy vest. Not even going to bother contacting them judging from the other reviews. They should be shut down.
