UPDATE: I had purchased my tower through Affirm, and affirm won’t open a dispute after 120 days. I emailed and emailed till affirm gave me a phone number to open a dispute even though it’s been about 160 days. Here it is for anyone else as unlucky as me 855-914-3141. Within 24 hours I received an email from macrofit that they would like me to withdraw my dispute and they will zelle me right away. I am not going this route. They will either A. Have me withdraw and never pay me or B. This won’t be on their record so they can continue to do this to people. If the same thing happens to you, do not withdraw your claim. Macrofit will be put on a list and dropped by their credit card processor so they can’t continue to do this to people.

I own a flexia reformer and flexia was acquired by macrofit. Macrofit reached out to me because they supposedly made a Pilates tower which can be attached to my flexia reformer. I purchased the tower 8/31/25 with the promise of my tower being delivered in November. In november i was contacted by macrofit and they said it’ll be a couple more weeks… ok, no big deal. We are now at the end of February 2026 and only after leaving reviews and comments on Instagram posts have I heard back stating they lost my email. But you couldn’t respond to the 7 emails sent???. They have since cancelled my order but have not refunded me my $1200. Stay far far away from this company. They will steal from you

Over the past year, I've loved using my Flexia—it adds convenience and excitement to my workouts all week long. The guided sessions on the platform are fantastic, and I've seen continuous improvements in my mobility, balance, and strength.

Incredibly high quality, attractive, comfortable, and above all well backed by a reactive service and support team, not to mention the great classes!!!

Life changer
I always wanted to practice in the reformer but I can’t make it to the studio in this stage of my life (2 babies at home) plus I hated the idea of paying for classes instead buying my own machine. I finally decided for this reformer and I am so so pleased I did. I use it every day and even my husband stopped going to the gym and uses it everyday.
The customer service is excellent. I did had to reach out to them because one screw got loose during shipping and they responded and mailed what I needed. That is also the reason I wanted to spend a little more instead of buying in Amazon and being super frustrated with a low quality product.
I can’t speak for the metrics, I don’t plug my reformer. Is not something I am interested at this point. I just use it traditional way. If you decide to get it, you won’t regret your purchase.

The Flexia reformer is a design marvel, deceptively simple, beautiful, and quiet. It doesn't look or sound like a big clanky reformer. The company has been extremely responsive to suggestions and helping with minor adjustments. They have sent me a couple of small hardware upgrades and even included the necessary tools to do the job. It's been a high end experience from start to finish.

I love that the Flexia reformer fits my body because traditional reformers feel cramped and until Flexia I never had room for my arms but with the Flexia reformer I do. It's so rare in a fitness space to have a piece of equipment that caters to multiple body sizes and Flexia has done it beautifully.
